A truly amazing experience in a tranquil pine forest retreat with outstanding heated pool and enhanced by the amazing food and hospitality. Things that surprise me in a very positive way: - the food was outstanding! Besides the gourmet style daily dinner the lunch was surprisingly also amazing. In some occasions I even enjoyed more the lunch to the dinner as the food was more authentic in a more laid down vibe. The grill lunch was one of those days! Just perfection! Klaus knows what he is doing (just a pity he cannot speak English! Maybe another member of the staff should join him). - Wine and cocktails. I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards. - the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive! - tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas. - top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes. - staff polite and pro active. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Lorenza, Alexandre and Christian.

We fell in love with Lago di Braies and with this incredible hotel- we already speak of returning. The hotel and its unique history is absolutely stunning, and we like that they preserved as much originality as possible. It is a charming, and magical place. The staff go out of their way for their guests- much appreciated. The standard of this hotel is very high. One of the best breakfast buffets of all our travels. We also chose to have dinner there for 3 nights in a row- the food is excellent. Our room faced the lake with a perfect view overlooking the mountains and beauty of it all. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony. We paid extra for our laundry to be done and were happy- everything in the hotel from the bedsheets to all linens etc were clean and crisp. Meticulously unkept property. Gorgeous patio to sit on overlooking the lake, with very nice designer outdoor furniture. We also enjoyed the hotels cozy bar in the evenings- the bartender makes excellent drinks and was so kind to our young child. It’s the best starting point for the main hikes in the area. 10/10 hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing with fantastic views and calm vibes. It all started with the most amazing welcoming from the staff and from then just got better and better. The hotel was so clean and very well maintained and the spa facilities were exceptional, it reminded us of being back in bali. at times we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Being a chef I also thought the food was amazing with lots to offer. what made this trip so special was, when I told the staff I wanted to propose to my girlfriend on the pool deck they went out of there to make it as romantic as possible. As frequent traveller's we highly recommended staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed

great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

We loved everything about Hotel Platz! Such a charming unexpected delight, so close to Ortisei and Val Gardenia! The food and staff were exceptional~ always a delicious breakfast and dinner, w a warm welcome from staff. They couldn’t do enough for you! We definitely plan to make Platz part of our plans when we travel again! And the views!! Incredible! Each day, they put together a little daily menu, which included hiking trails in the area~ just wonderful! We will be back!

We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!

its a bucket list hotel, the spa is unique, dolomites view and scenery, visited during Nov so Urtisei was a bit empty and everything closed but that gives you more time for spa or driving around exploring the area. Bolzano was stunning , we spent the evening at the Christmas...

Bolzano was stunning , we spent the evening at the Christmas markets , everything was handmade and truly authentic Italian . Delicious food and drinks . Fabulous setting and all the shops really went all out decorating for Christmas. Best experience ever !

There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.

Nice and clean apartment.

Nice and clean apartment. Even we only had contact with the host via the chat, the host was very helpful though. The location of apartment was perfect. It's located in the city center. We love the view outside the living room. Parking was 15 euro per night, it's very nearby apartment. We had a lovely stay at Casa Fellin.

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

Everything was wonderful! Super clean, safe and close to attractions we took part in. A great place to hike from, to see the sites and to just sit back and enjoy the beauty all around! Getting to the location was easy...just recommend going slowly around the many turns to get up to the area you're headed....all worth it! We went up the mountain in the gondola and could hike around up there. We also ate lunch at the top and the food was great! Highly recommend! Several local shops were fun to go into. This area has a lot of great hiking available for novice to expert hikers.

This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives. I gave the hotel a review that reflects my honest opinion, mainly about the manager/host of the hotel. Obviously my review was not received with warmth from the hotel manager. He messaged me immediately via Whatsapp and blamed me being not polite to him, I have no idea where does this come from. I believe he has broken the golden rule of being in me the hospitality industry, if he cannot accept honest reviews, how can he improve to thrive on? The hotel itself is OK and the only problem I have is the steep climb (not the hotel's fault) and mainly the manager's manner.

Enjoyed every moment starting from great accommodation at LaTambra , easiest and perfect ski rental at Fistoll ski rental. Bus transfers free with accommodation. The only concern is to get to Santa Cristina from Innsbruck was not as convinient, used clever transfer and this company is not as reliable ( changed departure time last moment and there were no option to contact them)

Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town.

Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town. There is a train station for trips to other nearby towns or into Austria. The bus service is excellent. You can go for hikes up the Dolomites and reach the famous three peaks. So much to do. The drinking water is amazing.

Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen.

Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen. We enjoyed being close to both the city and nature. There was a local market on Tuesday, and the bakeries and restaurants in town were all delicious and staffed with friendly employees. A cool little spot for a trip!
