This apartment was great! The view of the mountains from the apartment was incredible and very relaxing. It's located away from traffic and chaos, but still really close to San Teodoro and all the main beaches in the area. However, you do need a car to get around. The host was very kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Breakfast was also good — a great balance between price and quality. The apartment was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The host even came to clean the apartment three days into our stay, which was a nice touch. There are two dogs in the backyard — they might seem intimidating at first, but they’re actually very sweet and friendly. The backyard itself is also lovely, a perfect spot to relax.

Annalisa did a superb job when hosting us. She welcomed us very friendly and her house pours on a lovely and cosy atmosphere. The breakfast was generous and tasty. We got fresh orange juice from the own oranges as well as pomegranates from the garden. Our son really loved the pomegranates and Annalisa even gave us four pomegranates when we left as take away.

Beautiful, clean and lovely new room, with private entrance and a little outdoor terrace. Comfortable bed, perfect AC and wifi/TV. Excellent hosting, met our every demands super. Really easy and nice contact with check in and all thru our stay. Got suggestions for beach and restaurants too. Highly recommend this place.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with plenty of extra towels provided. We really appreciated that the host kindly allowed us to keep the room for an extra day upon request. Having access to private parking was a huge plus, especially since we had a rental car. The host was incredibly welcoming and even shared some great local restaurant recommendations, which made our stay even better. Everything was perfect — we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights The beaches are spectacular some of the best we’ve ever seen in the Mediterranean. Fantastic for families with warm shallow water and soft sand backed by dramatic mountains in the distance. There are flocks of flamingos in the marshes near san Teodoro and spectacular views from the hills and gorgeous walks. The downside is the lack of beach restaurants and cafes . There is often a small kiosk selling coffee drinks and ice cream but little else so we took picnics . We really missed the ubiquitous beach tavernas you get in the rest of the Med so we were dying for a decent restaurant after a couple of nights

Mount Tavolara is beautiful.

Mount Tavolara is beautiful. People are really friendly in the area. The beaches, whilst a bit tricky to access, were gorgeous with turquoise blue water. Capo Cado Cavallo is definitely a hidden gem in the area.

It's a beautiful place but it was very obvious that most of the locals were not super thrilled about the tourists and they took a lot of opportunities to overcharge and scam us, particularly at some restaurants. Please note that some people were very kind and welcoming but that wasn't common unfortunately. I wish I could say I loved San Teodoro but I had a much nicer time in Olbia.

Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around.

Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The night market is a nice to stroll through in the evening. La Cinta beach is lovely, can get busy and toilet/shower facilities are a bit ropy. There is lots of different types of accommodation too, to suit all needs.
