The room was gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the towels folded in the shape of a Swan was a lovely touch. We had dinner in the hotel which was delicious, but the best part was the breakfast with a machine that freshly pressed orange juice and other fruit and vegetable smoothies freshly made. The buffet was very rich with sweet and savoury items, we loved it!

A wonderful mountain hut surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Each room has a large window with a view of the mountains. Wonderfully relaxing and an excellent place to spend a couple of days away from everything. Great walks and plenty of fresh air. Wonderful young couple who are very welcoming and excellent hosts. It's absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is absolutely incredible! You're in a fairy tale! It doesn't matter where you stay for one night – it's all part of the adventure! The hotel itself is a little tired, but that just adds to its charm! But at the same time, everything is sparkling clean, the linen is fresh, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you could possibly need. There are no slippers or bathrobes. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. If you're staying for just one night, make sure you arrive early so you don't miss out on all the amazing sights and sounds. There are plenty of places to walk and relax, and of course, the photos don't do this place justice. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they'll make sure you have a delicious dinner, as there isn't anywhere to eat nearby. The dinner is really tasty and there's plenty of choice. Breakfast is tasty and varied, and it's the perfect way to start your day.

It started with a very warm and welcoming at the reception- we were told all necessary details at the beginning, so nothing was left unknown. In general the hotel is clean, tidy, constantly maintained. The rooms were super clean, very well dressed up, interior looks like brand new. Beds were super comfy, lightning just right on the spot. Bathroom fresh- you could feel the staff did their job very well! The Sauna area is modern and reflects the themes of the surrounding outside. Everything there clean and prepared welcoming. The staff at the restaurant works professional, friendly and warmhearted. The food from the kitchen is extraordinary tasty - you can feel they don't use flavour enhancers or sauce binders. Freshly cooked with a delightful taste - just enjoyable to eat.

great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

This whole hotel surpassed my expectations. The food was incredible with a massive array for both breakfast and dinner. A small lunch was included which was a bonus. The staff including the waitresses at dinner were very friendly. The wellness facilities were brilliant with a massive selection to use and lots of beds - we took part in the free Finnish sauna experience which I would recommend. Overall great hotel, lovely room and excellent food. Would recommend.

Perfect 2 days. The hotel and the views were amazing. The owner Gabrielle, was outstanding. We were running late, but Phillips called to check if we were coming and arranged dinner for us after we arrived! Welcomed, greeted and made us feel very comfortable. All the staff were superb, attentive and very professional. Dinner and breakfast was superb. So much choice and freshly cooked. Loved the food. Best place I have stayed in .

Super hotel. First time staying here. The spa is amazing and spread across two floors. Great modern gym. The food at breakfast, lunch and evening was beautiful. Fantastic location too. Plus great you get the tourist card to go up the cable cars for free. Hotel is super modern as well which usually I'm not a fan of in the small mountain villages, but this got it spot on.

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination.

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town.

Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town. There is a train station for trips to other nearby towns or into Austria. The bus service is excellent. You can go for hikes up the Dolomites and reach the famous three peaks. So much to do. The drinking water is amazing.

This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (30 min) and Tre Cime (one hour). The town itself was small, but filled with restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. And while we played golf at Alta Badia (one hour drive and best views), there is a golf course right around the corner from this hotel that looks pretty great as well. The area was a great home base to go to many different popular sites.

Landscape is beautiful, well organizes services, buses, etc., people are very polite (only not nice experience was in MTB academy) and the other remark is that on Sunday all the shops are closed which is not usually in other cities in Italy.

Easy to get around by car, i have noticed there are buses too Be mindful, most shops open for 2 sessions mostly around 9-1pm and 3-7pm But cafes and restaurant usually opens all day Arrive early at the mountains for easy parking, be sure to make reservation at least one day in advance if going to visit the three zinnen Make sure keep a few euros at hand if need to use public toilet, otherwise, can use toilet in cafe if you make a purchase

Lovely hotel right in the center of the town with the most...

Lovely hotel right in the center of the town with the most vibrant restaurant. Comfortable car-park is available despite the narowness of the streets. From the terrase of the restaurant one can bath in the sun, enjoy the church-bells and take in the views. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Service is very friendly and fast. Recommended!

Can't say much about it, really, because our main goal was skiing, so we spent most of the time in Kronplatz, which is just 10 min away by train (station Percha). But we find time for a walk in Villabassa center and also had a great dinner at Emma restaurant (if I remember correctly the name), Overall, it's a quite clean town, which should be even nicer in the warmer periods of the year.

A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with...

A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with Austrian organization and Italian flair. The feeling of security is very high, there are no beggars, no suspicious men. The stores sell excellent goods, there are no cheap stores like New Yorker, generally there are no international brands, but that's why you find very high quality goods at reasonable prices. The food is gastronomic, and the prices are acceptable. The architecture is first class.
