We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The place itself is very nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, what truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding support from the owner/manager. We had an issue with our passport, and he was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. He immediately took action, calling the police and the airport, and went above and beyond to assist us. We are very grateful for his responsiveness and care. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant despite the unexpected situation!

We saw it all in 2 days, with time to spare.

We saw it all in 2 days, with time to spare. We spent the last day shopping for gifts and strolling the streets and christmas market. The christmas markets were very small, but we had an interesting variety of items. The city itself is devided in 2 major old town parts; citta alta and citta bassa. The citta alta had most of the attractions and was a very interesting, old place. The citta bassa was more modern, but still had charm to it. If we had more time, we wouldve gone to the spa in San Pellegrino. The city is good for 2 days, just to relax and enjoy the mountain air.

Good location, close to the airport and shopping centre.

Good location, close to the airport and shopping centre. Hotel is offering airport/hotel transfer €5 per person. Very good breakfast and nice restaurant for dinning in the evening or bar where you can watch football while having a drink. Very nice staff. Double room has good size, clean, nice bathroom. This was my second stay and I will stay again in this hotel.

Our full day experience in QC Terme was above all...

Our full day experience in QC Terme was above all expectations! The range of activities is more than one can imagine, from variety of indoor and outdoor pools (bubbles, fountains, waterfalls, ice baths, balcony baths etc), over saunas for everyone's taste (cinema sauna, healing sauna, 40 degrees to over 80 degrees), to feet treatments and face trainings, and more! Food selection was also great, with an all you can eat lunch buffet and an afternoon aperitivo. We were not bored a single second during the 10 hour stay, and mountain scenery only adds up to the value and experience! Would highly recommend!

Getting transport to the hotel was a bit difficult for me...

Getting transport to the hotel was a bit difficult for me moreso because of language barrier. There was no taxi rank at the Bergamo train station therefore commuting to the hotel took me almost two hours from Bergamontrsin station.

My visit felt like stepping into a postcard with charming cobblestone streets and vibrant piazzas. The town is charming and close to other towns, lakes, and...

The town is charming and close to other towns, lakes, and mountains. The old city center is really nice. We had a great meal and wine at the Cat and Fox (name is in Italian). Parking is restricted in the town center.

The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment...

The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment was really close to the airport. We lost our flight and rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so that is the reason that we choose this apartment and because it was of the cheapest in the area. What we met was not so pleasant. There were still toilet papers even with blood inside the toilet bin, the pillows and the bedsheets where dirty, the glasse for the water had even lipstick on them and the apartment in general was not cleaned. There was a bottle of water inside the fridge ( tap water) which we never tried after what we had seen in first place. And all these for just 120€…!

Travelled through Bergamo many times without

Travelled through Bergamo many times without stopping as it’s a great transport hub from the airport. Bergamo is really worth a stay , great old town , both old and new parts full of great architecture, restaurants . Views and walks if you want them from the old town . Milan and lake como both less than an hour away .

Orio al Serio is very pleasant, calm and quiet...if there is no plane taking off, which happens every 5 minutes. I recommend it if you have an early morning flight or arrive late at night, in which case you can easily get to/from the airport on foot in about 25-30 minutes. You can walk to Città Alta by public transport - bus 1A.
