We also saw both sunrise and sunset from our window. Hotel was quiet, staff was very helpful and friendly, they even gave us a private parking spot in hotel garage. Checkin and checkout was fast. Pool was large, clean, few people only, a lot space to relax, and lifeguard was always present. Beach was sandy, clean, a lot of sunbeds. There was a bar and restaurant near beach. Food in restaurant was very delicious. I recommend this hotel.

This was a really nice place, so quiet, and in the middle of nature. The apartment was huge and super clean. We had a BBQ on the night we arrived, it was very nice, people were lovely. They also have a pool, which allows you to relax a little bit. I would go back, for sure :)

The hotel is clean, and it is near to the center, beach and shops.
I will be back there soon. I love the era, beach, and the people there.

Were there off-season: very few people, many places closed, lots of free parking space everywhere!
Rather complicated access to the beaches.
Beware of leaving bikes, even if locked in remote places, the tyres of our bikes had been punctured, probably in preparation to be stolen later at night.
Else, wonderful natural beaches nearby and other natural reserves.

The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth seeing, but the beach is amazing for a suburb of Pisa. The water is so clean and blue, we really enjoyed. There are also very good restaurants in Marina di Pisa and excellent ice cream. I can recommend the restaurant "C'era una volta" which is close to the hotel. Sometimes you have to reserve a table for the next day because it is so busy at lunch time.

The beach is beautiful and easy access to Marina de Pisa, Pisa, Lucca and Livorno.
The area has lots of renovation and empty properties.
There is a supermarket but out of season only a couple of restaurants open.

Location of the property. You should have a car to roam around if you are staying at this property. Plenty of walking options around the beach. good restaurants near by.
Hotel restaurant has limited varieties. morning breakfast is minimal. they charge you 8Euro for omelette which is nonsense to my view. you cannot say breakfast included and add some addons to it to loot people instead of serving better food.
Staff need to be trained to serve customers better. if you want to be truly international, you need to come out of that aggressive talking to customer ( may be Italian nature).

This property was amazing!!! Views from our room were everything. We had full sea view from living room and bedroom. We purchased the apartment 1 bedroom with sea view. Looked just like pictures and many restaurants within 5 min walking distance all over.

Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno.
Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno. The city seems to be more a holiday destination and I guess it is more and more crowdy in summer than in winter. It s close by Livorno ferry harbor which is very convenient place to stay if you have an early boarding (15 minutes) . Supermarkets and gas stations are quite easy to find.

Ideal for gourmets, from veg to fish from hills,land&sea. Very clean water and a maritime pine forest make it a linear village surrounded by nature
