Breakfast was outstanding, offering a delightful start to each day. The rooms were generously spacious, providing both comfort and tranquility. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. The location was also excellent—convenient and well-situated. The parking facilities were truly impressive—perhaps the finest parking garage I’ve ever seen. The wellness amenities, including the sauna, steam bath, and infrared sauna, were all of a high standard. Notably, the beds were superb—an exceptional rarity in Italy—with thick, comfortable mattresses that ensured restful sleep.

hotel Europa is a fab little hotel in M. di Campiglio. a short walk up the hill and you can access the end of a ski run to ski down to one of the gondola stations (and you can ski to the same place at end of day and then short walk down to the hotel). in the evenings it’s just a short walk down to town. The whole hotel is lovely and warm with very nice clean bedrooms (cleaned daily with clean towels) with lovely bathroom with great shower). There is a great ski storage room (with heated boot rods) and although no individual lockers we were a party of 4 who had no difficulty with getting space every day (there is cctv in the room and it is locked over night). We were B&B and the breakfast was really good - plenty of choice and good quality too. Between 3-5pm tea and cake is served in the bar area. We used the bar in the evenings after being down in the town itself and always had a great welcome and service from the young lady who works at the hotel. There is a games room and small TV Room at the hotel too. Plus free parking on site. The lady (who we assumed was the manager/proprietor) was always very helpful and also arranged smooth check out and a take away breakfast as we needed to leave at 5am for our flight. If we ever return to Madonna we would not hesitate to return to Hotel Europa.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are nice, and we loved the bath robes, slippers, flip flops, and the local toiletries provided in the room. The spa is also really nice, but be aware that you need to book spa time beforehand. It was not a problem for us, but I imagine it might be difficult to get spa time in the winter peak season.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Bonapace! The location is central, which made it very convenient to reach all points of interest in the resort. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was large, spacious, and very clean. We really appreciated the facilities, including access to the pool and spa area – perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. A great bonus was the card we received at check-in, which gave us free transportation in the area and discounts on some cable cars. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for every taste. On-site parking was also a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free holiday in Madonna di Campiglio!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at! We had problems with our car so we arrived later than planned. When we arrived we were opgraded to a better room (maybe the staff felt sorry for us?) Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, who were polite and quick to smile, even when non italians like us made mistakes when ordering food. Quick service, delicious food, great coffee in the morning. The shuttle service from the hotel worked well. Mrs Lorenzetti was charming and friendly, met us when we arrived, and came with some small cakes as a present when we left. Thanks for a great stay - we will be back.

One of the most magical places we've stayed at. At the shore of a lake with a spectacular view, you need to hike for about 30 minutes uphill from the parking lot to reach it. They have a cable car for your luggage and the people there were extremely nice and took all our bags right to the room. The restaurant offecs very tasty food and there is breakfast; the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. They have a little sauna which feels amazing and you can also jump in the lake after that - I highly recommend it.

We arrived at the Dahu Hotel, a charming hotel located just five minutes from the village center. We were greeted with beautiful smiles and felt very happy. The real test comes when issues arise, and that’s when the true character of a place is revealed. We encountered a problem, and it was resolved in the best possible way. We received outstanding service, and they took great care of us. We only have good and warm words to say about the hotel and the entire staff. We will definitely come back. Thank you!”

Really excellent for skiers! We loved everything about the hotel: The ski-in ski-out; rented excellent equipment on-site; the ski-school on-site; and the close vicinity to Groste' and Pradelago ski lifts. We used the pool and spa facilities daily. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and really answered every request and question we had. The rooms were big (Junior Suite) and comfortable.

The staff is truly exceptional. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and quiet, with a large bed and a great shower. Breakfast is very good, and having freshly pressed orange juice is a great treat. The slope is just across from the hotel, so you can easily ski in and out, and you get a discounted rental when you stay at the hotel, which is appreciated.

Amazing place, amazing stay. Premises are new and very well maintained. Rooms are decent, clean and spacious. The place is 3 mins walking distance from rental place, ticket office and ski facilities: the perfect choice for ski holiday. Food and drinks are good quality and reasonably priced for the area. Staff is friendly and super-helpful. Would definitely come back.

Best hotel experience ever. 2 minute walk to skilift, terrific room, extremely clean, great food. Our favorite Hotel-staff: Alan, Paolo, Roberta and Ada were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed but were also fun. Best G&T ever at the bar and nice to relax at the spa after a perfect day of skiing. We would love to come back.

This was a beautiful traditional Italian hotel. The room was enormous and had everything you needed, including a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Great breakfast and the spa was good. In fact everything was great. I prefer ski in ski out hotels so was a bit concerned but the hotel free mini bus shuttle was fantastic, you just call them and they come and pick you up normally in a few minutes.
