We were welcomed at the door by Sylvia, who quickly endeared herself to us and our travels. She gave us information about the town. There is a lift to the floors above. Parking was trouble-free. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom, whilst not large, was adequate. We had a balcony, overlooking the street and some houses. It is a quiet street. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, and Lake Trasimeno. Picturesque township. There is an in-house restaurant attached to the hotel.

Family owned agriturismo located in a quiet area close to Lake Trasimeno. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped (with the exception of a microwave). Several good restaurant options are only a 5 minute drive away. The location is great for sightseeing in both Tuscany and Umbria with good road connections. The owners are very helpful and we would recommend a tasting of olive oil from their own olive grove. The property is dog friendly.

The apartment is excellently situated: just a minute’s walk to the piazza and its choice of three cafes. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, but what makes it special is the balcony: it is huge and with absolutely stunning views of Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding countryside. A perfect place to sit with a morning coffee ( or an evening beer) and just relax .

Kind staff, excellent breakfast and a huge private parking lot near the shores of Lake Trasimeno. I stayed overnight on my way from northern Italy to Rome, and had a pleasant stay. The nearby town of Passignano offers plenty of restaurants and cafes even in the winter-time and many other services like serlf-service laundry (if you happen to need it).

Quaint well kept apartment on the street at ground floor level!. Minimal noise in October, at least. Very comfortable bed and ample bathroom with plenty of hot water. Did not cook but kitchen well stocked. 30 metres from main square. And a short hop to the wonderful lake Trasimeno.Would def stay again.

Beautiful location overlooking Lake Trasimeno ,the main road runs lakeside so busy in the daytime The apartment was nice and was fine for what we needed for 3 days, on the small side but was value for money Flat is above a gelateria so a little noisy in the day,very quiet at night

Beautiful location at the regional border between Tuscany and Umbria. Remarkable view on Lake Trasimeno. Dina is a very nice host and offers a delicious breakfast. The apartment is big and comfortable and the parking spot was an added value.

The hotel is in a nice location, having an external terrace with a view on the Lake Trasimeno, and handy thanks to the closeness with the main highway. Room is medium size but has everything you would need for a short stay.

Alberto and Laura are very welcoming and the apartments are really well equipped. The location is great for exploring the areas around Lake Trasimeno and nearby Tuscany.

The owner was super communicative and so helpful. The apartment is really nice and really close to the cycle way around Lake Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago.

Very clean and tidy basic hotel. Upside Pools had loads of sunbathing areas. Great selection at breakfast

The view and location are amazing

I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

Beautiful vacation. Excellent staff. Relaxing. Food fresh and delicious. Perfect get away.

I would and am recommending the accommodation. Everything was lovely. A car is needed but I think people will work that out. Perfect for a get away to relax and have great access to surrounding area.

Lovely place, very pretty and nice with the animals etcetera. unfortunately didn't get to try the restaurant but looked very popular. Well presented rooms.

Staff is very kind. Restaurant is super, food is amazing and staff is very kind.

Fab staff, nice caravan, pool was excellent, the kids LOVED the slides, I loved the spa section, different depths, was lovely and quiet at certain points in the day. Restaurant was great, handy shop, good gelato, beautiful lake (to look at) great kids play areas, felt safe, close to train station and free shuttle from station
