This place is an absolute dream. It’s a taste of European luxurious splendor from a time long bygone. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Plus the pool/sauna is cherry on top of the already decadent cake.

This is the place to stay in Stresa. Fabulous quiet views over the lake. The views and tranquility were only surpassed by the friendly , professional staff. Carlo, manager ,and the rest of the team , assisted with everything we needed - locations to visit , gaining tickets and arranging transport . They provide an incredible tasty breakfast , and you will not have to eat until dinner !
The facility is spacious , clean and has self contained kitchen facilities. The added bonus for any traveller is the laundry facility on- site. On the street waterfront , the local restaurants and shops are at your footstep .

Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on.

The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel.
