Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

What’s not to love?? The location , the amazing rooms , the wonderful staff,. We took 2 apartments , one for 5 and the second for 3 persons. The apartment were amazing , fully equipped , great view , very clean ( and cleaned daily). Highly recommended !!

We had a beautiful room at the Palazzo overlooking Lake Maggiore. The design of the whole hotel was fabulous and everything we ate - breakfast, dinner, snacks - were all amazing. Expensive but worth it!
