Nice quiet location with a big parking lot, away from busy town, but still within a walking distance to very alive small town. Good base to visit such places like Matera, towns on Ionian coast, but we were also pleasantly surprised with Santeramo in Colle as well.

Very happy about the choice of accommodation. Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Saverio, was the perfect host, with a friendly chat every morning during breakfast. He was very helpful in giving advice. The resort is surrounded by fields and was ideal for a serene stay. Highly recommended.
