Very nice place, friendly staff, good room temperature- ac is on schedule but it was perfect.

Logistically, La Perla is hands down the best decision you could make to see the whole Conero area. You are literally 15 minutes away from all the best beaches in all directions. Other than that, the hotel is great, very comfortable, huge bathroom, breakfast was really good (even had gluten free options for my husband!), staff was incredibly friendly and gave us the best suggestions of places to visit.

Incredibly hospitable, we felt immediately comfortable and welcome! Worth a stay just for that alone! The rooms are new, the bed comfortable and the showers great! You can park directly in front of the house. We are always happy to come back!

We used it for a stopover during a long journey. The host was kind and helpful The address was easy to find. We were able to park conveniently in the courtyard for free. Our two large dogs were welcome.

Claudio and Ivana are one of the loveliest people we've met in Italy. They don't speak english but the connection and will to understand was immediate. We were welcomed warmly. Claudio drove us with his car to the local restaurant, where he asked for a table for us. The room is as described. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. In bathroom everything is like new. There is easy parking inside closed private space.

Marco is an amazing person. He met us the first day and handed the key and explained some details related to the appartement. We loved the location. There is a view only 5 minutes on foot from the apparement a view that is overwhelmingly gorgeous where you can also have a drink or a bite. Highly recommend this apparement.

Elisa is a great host, the apartment is in very good condition and sure let a lot of coffee capsules, which made me very happy throughout my stay
