Location was near to the beach and a few restaurants and cafes. The hotel was a newish building, it was clean, spacious and everything worked. Room cleaning was available every day. It had a pool, which we regularly used. Staff were lovely. Restaurant food was really nice. The room had a safe. Shower was good. It had two comfortable armchairs in the room. You can book transport via the front desk. It had a car park.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Amazing breakfast and everyday they had a surprise for us like a juice or fresh fruit. Very calm, directly at the lake and just next to the beach as well. Very peaceful athmosphere.

Was such a beautiful place . The people were the best friendliest family run , guest house. The position is perfect, away from crowds, quiet & near the beach & back water, can’t recommend this place enough. Coming to India for 37 years. & it’s up there with the best 👌👍

the best option in Cherai beach! 😍 and one of my best beach-stays ever! it is excellent! the only one hotel with sun-beds&umbrellas on the beach in Cherai area. very quiet, but only 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. rooms are much (much!!) better than on photos, especially those in new building, made of wood, with huge relaxing balcony and two windows. extremely clean and very charming. food is excellent and they can cook it the way you want (spicy or not, it will be very tasty!) the soul of this place is charming, wise and smiling couple who run the place💜 they call it serviced villa - so you’ll be surrounded by care, help and everything you need the way you need and at the exact moment you need (i was told: “you don’t need to go to shop, we can arrange everything you need, just relax, go to the beach or pool, we will bring you fresh juice in a few minutes”). personal is smiling, sincere and very helpful. in short, 5-stars service in a homely felt small villa. thank you so much!

The view from the sit out and the first floor balcony is very good. The room overlooking the lake. The pleasant lapping of the waves can be heard in the night. It will put you to sleep. The front desk always manned and ready to help. The instant check in. The sea across the property. The dining area was very comfortable and spacious. A crew that is ready to do your bidding.

Our room had an excellent sea view, and a good view of the lagoon as well. They booked us in early and upgraded us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants to left and right. No water provided and shops were harder to find. Stunning views great for sunsets. Receptionist was really helpful and the younger guy was everywhere, always smiling.

It's not yet very well developed.

It's not yet very well developed. It's a narrow spit of land with the sea on one side and the lake on the other. There are some restaurants facing the beach seemingly catering for tourists. There is no easy public transport access. It's nearer to Kochi airport than Fort Kochi, so a good place to start or end a Kerala holiday

A beautiful property.

A beautiful property. Only one thing that annoyed me was a bar lounge was on the premises ground and drunkards were loitering around. Secondly, there is an open ground on the side of the approach road where people were often found peeing, and throwing wastes. A humble suggestion to take care of both the above. All other things are really fine

Excellent location, right opposite the beach. welcoming owners, nice gardens and pool. Tried sitting on the poolside but too many mosquitoes. Water in shower not warm. Mosquitoes in room as we didn't have a plug in. Breakfast was OK but not organised properly. The restaurant down the road was very good. Our backwater boating trip was very soothing and reasonably priced. However I would say it was good value for money.

Hopeless and over rated for no facilities. Very unprofessional team no amenities ! Even hard to find and narrow way to get No restaurant or food options/Breakfast Just cheating people with vague picture
