All hotel staffs were really kindless with all members from entrance to restaurant.Breakfast was quite good and tastefull.I could reach city center by short walking distance.Gym was donated with many kinds of professional and high quality equipments which may not possible to see on many other hotels. Amazing brand new structure with a lovely and dedicated staff. The room was just amazingly furnished with lots of small things that just improve your staying, the restaurant is quite diverse with lots of option either for the buffet or the à la carte menu and the food is just delicious. The staff is very dedicated and attentive towards the client, overall I have to say that it has been hands down my best staying in Mumbai so far, and I'm there at least twice a year so I've seen all sorts of things; but I'm pretty sure I found my place.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic — beautifully designed, both aesthetically and functionally. The lounge and the restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the food is truly exceptional. The services are the best I have ever experienced, and the staff is simply outstanding. I had a small issue during my stay, and everyone was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was resolved quickly. They truly turned my stay into a fantastic experience. I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai and was extremely satisfied with the overall service. The staff were consistently attentive, and the restaurant (breakfast/lunch/dinner) was a highlight — the Indian cuisine offered plenty of gluten-free options. The surrounding area is quite busy, with a main road that has heavy traffic day and night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room facing the stadium side, which is noticeably quieter. Overall, an excellent stay. I would gladly choose this hotel again.

After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked. Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read. It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. I made it clear I would give them a poor review, for the room supplied was too appalling.

Waste of money.

Waste of money. Why Booking.com choose such bed hotel without know any facts and audit. Sorry!! I am not recommended this hotel to any one. They are making money only without giving even basic services. OVERALL THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE

They have only one cook for all of us in entire hotel so...

They have only one cook for all of us in entire hotel so what ever there in the menu card you can't get all items. Cook told me he can't prepare all items in one hand .So there is minimum choice of food and it seems they are under paid and no of stuff also less. We have to wait more than half hour for morning tea,Lunch and dinner because of less stuff.

Good and Bad.

Good and Bad. Wealth and poverty clearly evident but we only had one night at the hotel on our way home. Initially stayed further south when we arrived and were booked there for our last night by the travel agent which made no sense so booked this hotel via Booking.com and a great move on our part only 15mins from the airport.

It was fairly a clean area.

It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated. However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!

It's a city area. Nothing fancy. There are many other good accommodation around the area. But the accommodation at hotel Townhouse Oak Blue Diamond is too shady and if you book online at a lower rate, they don't honor your booking. So best avoid it!!

I grew up in Mumbai. Lots of fond memories. Great city with great work culture, nice shopping, restaurants, reasonable weather. Infrastructure is a dampener but the Mumbai spirit is helpful, indomitable and never gives up. My favourite place in Mumbai is Bandra. It has glamour, the sea, lovely quaint Christian bungalows that builders have always been trying to acquire, lovely eating and drinking places, great bookshops, a super cool attitude and a generally friendly and helpful public.
