It was a convenient, value for money hotel to stay. We were group of 11 reached hotel by 12 am. They checked us in without any problem. We informed earlier that we will be late. It's a decent hotel, there are n free toiletries or water. Bring your own.

You have to prepare for an immersion in noisy and chaotic traffic, colours, smells and all kinds of sensory experiences. I can recommend Church street with all the shops and little restaurants, its big mall and little stalls. You can buy nice jewels for very few money, and drink coconut water directly from the young coconuts. I can recommend the book Namma Bangalore. The soul of a metropolis, of the Indian author Shoba Narayan (2023) . She had lived for 20 years in the town. It is a series of essays about book shops and book clubs, literature festivals, about architecture, birdwatching, the parks, a nature community in Bangalore, restaurants, musea... Very good written and it helps to find your way around. We were only for one week in Bangalore, for personal reasons, and nevertheless we visited the beautifull Cubbon Park, Church Street, Blossom Book House, the Museum for Art and Photography, all next to the hotel.

Mysore is a nice place to visit by all age group people.

Mysore is a nice place to visit by all age group people. Very clean city with good roads, many attractive places to visit & nearby to city centre, good restaurants & food for south Indian or north Indian people, most friendly people. You feel at home when you are in Mysore.

Gokarna is a real surprise.

Gokarna is a real surprise. People are very friendly, the town is fascinating with all its temples, cows, dogs and pilgrims. I enjoyed it so much more than Hampi which I thought was crowded, dirty and full of hassle. Gokarna people are polite and welcoming. Apart from the town it has some nice beaches, even Main beach is good once you walk away from the town. We arrived at the weekend on the day before a very big ceremony. It was very busy, but such a spectacle, and wonderful to see. Genuine people and a very spiritual place.

All is well........just list the places and plan it well......Tibetan Temple/monastery, Dubara - Elephant camp, Abbey Water falls, Mandal patti - sunrise point, coffee plantations, etc are all must see things outside Madikere/Coorg. Raja seat park (for sunset point), Madikere fort, Omkareshwar Temple, shopping in city centre, etc in the mAdikere town - must watch Ambika Udupi Hotel, Pakshala are very good for food. Overall, a very good place for short trip from Bangalore

Interesting history. Lots to see.

Interesting history. Lots to see. The Temples are amazing- very different. Worth reading a bit about the Temples and Buddhism/ Hinduism before coming. We also made a trip to Badami, Aihole and Pattadakal which was organised by Gopi. Gopi also organised a Tuk- Tuk which got us to all the sites safely

Nice well developed city with hotels, restarants, not too much traffic etc. Taxi and Autos are very costly. UBER, OLA are not welcome to pick travellers from Railway stations. FAcilities in the railway stations (Manglore Juntion and Mangalore Central) can be better.

Our group enjoyed the stay of three nights at Memories of Malnad. The climate was just right and we could visit most of the scenic places and waterfalls. The famous Sringeri and Annapoorneshwari temples though are little away. The mullyangiri peak view from our room and the sunrise was really awesome. On the food front, the complimentary breakfast was relishing. I feel the dinner menu though can be expanded a little.

The stay at Malpe beach side was very good. The Krishna Temple darshan was a good feeling. Could not take part in the "Annadana" since we had to leave earlier to catch a train from Mangalore
