River View Homestay is a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying in this River Front house. It is a traditional old Kerala style tiled house overlooking the beautiful river. The location is unbeatable with a beautiful view of Chithari river, surrounded with mangrove forests and coconut trees in a peaceful village. This place is very well maintained and breeze all time to house. Kitchen is available with cooking gas, stove with all utensils. We cooked food for 2 days and it was good experience. Owner gave the full itinerary to visit nearby places and we watched theyyam, Visited Bekal Fort, Red moon beach and Fishing in the river was the best experiences we had. This is very budget level homestay in entire Kasaragod.
We stayed 2 nights and had almost relaxing trip. The warmth and hospitality was really something we are looking forward to visiting again. (~_*)

Rustic yet luxurious an amazing property next to a small backwater and amazing clean beach. Staff were friendly and attentive. Meals at the seafood restaurant were scrumptious. Spa was a genuine treat and early morning yoga too. Overall we loved our stay.

Great room, loads of space with sea views. The staff went the extra mile constantly, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the open beachside restaurant and were very happy with the freshness and quality of the food.
