The true definition of luxury : This hotel is very spacious, extremely calm (which for Delhi is unconventional), restaurants are excellent, staff is the best (front desk, room service people I had the chance to interact with were extremely helpful and kind), services are very high end (beautiful spa, great pool, modern gym). Every corridor is set as an exhibition of paintings, etchings and old furnitures, so you can just wonder around and basically discover something new every day :) Basically the best place to stay in Delhi.

Our flight was canceled so we had to find a hotel close by the airport. There were so many options in booking that seem to be super close by but to our surprise that was not the case. Somehow many hotels manage to put a different address that the real one, so after an hour of searching we went for this hotel and we are happy we did. They don't lie about their location, they are about 15 min by car from the airport. The staff was really nice and the room was clean and they have 24-7 room service menu with nice food which is exactly what we needed after a long day. Also they offer taxi service to get to the airport for 350 which is a good price. Definitely recommend if you are searching for an affordable place close to the airport.

I was extremely impressed with Wood Castle. We arrived late in the evening on our first night, and the staff were ready for us, served us tea, and made us feel very comfortable. The room exceeded all my expectations, it was beautiful, clean, and had all the utilities one could need. The bed was huge! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, we felt very welcome and safe. The best thing, however, was the location. The street was very nice and quiet. It felt very safe with kids and uni students hanging out outside. Karol Bagh, in general, is a very nice area, with a big market that isn't as overwhelming as other markets in Delhi. There are both restaurants and bars nearby as well. The area and the hotel felt very peaceful to come back to after long days of sightseeing in Delhi. Huge thank you to Wood Castle and their staff!!
