The location is great; its a safe area and there's a metro station just a few meters away. The room door had a bolt on the inside which gave me peace of mind as a solo female traveller. The staff is very helpful and respectful. And there's room service till around 11pm. Communication can be a bit tricky for foreigners if you have requests they are unfamiliar with, but its totally manageable!

Superb property with beautiful greenery and water body when you enter. Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.

Its a very spacious and clean hotel with nice interieur. The food menu is amazing!!! So many you can choose from and it all tasted very good. The service is high level. Close to the airport, costs you around €3 to get there by taxi. We extended our stay from 4 till 6 nights!

新德里非常適合旅客前來旅遊，因為交通系統相當便利，能輕鬆抵達各大景點，讓人不必太擔心交通問題。這次我參觀並逛了 Red Fort、Chandni Chowk、Rajiv Chowk 等地，能明顯感受到舊城區 Chandni Chowk 與新城區 Rajiv Chowk 之間截然不同的氛圍與節奏。 其中，Red Fort 讓我更深入認識了德里與新德里的歷史脈絡。此外，我也搭乘捷運前往 INA Market 與 Khan Market（這兩個地方真的很適合慢慢逛），整體旅遊體驗相當順暢又豐富。 New Delhi is a very suitable city for travelers, mainly because of its convenient transportation system, which makes it easy to reach almost any destination without worrying too much about commuting. During this trip, I visited and explored places such as Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, and Rajiv Chowk, and I could clearly feel the contrast between the old city area of Chandni Chowk and the modern atmosphere of Rajiv Chowk. Red Fort, in particular, helped me gain a deeper understanding of the history of Delhi and New Delhi. I also took the metro to INA Market and Khan Market—both are great places to stroll around. Overall, it was a smooth, enriching, and enjoyable travel experience.

I had the most horrible and shocking experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. I had booked a room with a balcony, but on arrival, I was given a room without a balcony. The room I had actually booked was left uncleaned, stinking, and completely dirty, and that was the excuse given to me. The room service staff, Dinesh, behaved extremely rudely. He refused to get the room cleaned, did not show the room properly, and carried an unacceptable level of attitude for someone working in hospitality. To make things worse, I had ordered 12 parathas, but they served only 1 paratha and acted as if it was normal. No apology, no correction. The room allotted to me, Room 106, was filthy. The washroom lights kept blinking, and when I complained, the staff shamelessly said this is their “fashion and style” in every room. Completely ridiculous! And then came the most shocking incident: When I refused to pay for the bad and incorrect food served at night, the manager, Ravi, started shouting and threatening, saying he would break the glass of my car. He then abused my wife openly on the road, which was absolutely disgraceful and terrifying. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it's unacceptable and unsafe. To add to everything, we didn’t even get breakfast in the morning. No one informed us about the breakfast timings, and at 10 AM the staff bluntly said breakfast is over, without taking any responsibility. This hotel has zero hygiene, zero professionalism, and zero respect for guests. From dirty rooms to rude staff to violent threats — this was the worst of the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. STAY AWAY. For your safety and sanity.

Alwar has extraordinary architectural treasures and is beautifully situated. However like a lot India it does require patience. The main palace which is now government offices is very badly maintained with litter marring much of the cityscape. That said the art ( in the museum’s unexpectedly good collection of Rajput paintings) and architecture more than makes up for the overall neglect.

The bird park is exceptional. So clean and a joy to be in.

The bird park is exceptional. So clean and a joy to be in. We saw sooooo many birds. Our guide Rinkesh was very knowledgeable and found so many birds for us. We also saw antelope, deer and a couple of jackal. We decided to walk and were up for the 06.00 opening. We covered about 10km on foot over 4 hours. Wear good shoes or boots if you are going to do this. Rinkesh carried a Japanese telescope with him which was just brilliant for the long distance birds. The plus on going in late April was that although the migratory birds were not there, the water was low so the wading birds were very close.

I liked nothing from there cause room was too much small...

I liked nothing from there cause room was too much small which has nothing even TV, bathroom sleeper, bathroom shoap, hanger for hanging cloths AC, nothing was available there although too much noise was coming from out side not comfortable atmosphere i got from there so I give zero out of ten total lost of money no buddy should go there

Neemrana Fort palace located in Alwar rajasthan is a must visit location for one. it has a different view for all categories of room, good activities, good taste of food that they offer. It is simply the best. we stayed for 1 day and it was full of activities.
