Everything!!!! The location is a dream. The staff is super helpful with everything. We can highly recommend this place. It was a haven of peace. We spent 3 nights there while doing safaris in Nagarhole National Park. It was like being in paradise after our trip in north India with its bustling cities. We would for sure come back if we are ever going to come back to this region. Amazing place. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏🏽🪷

The location is excellent, right on the river Kabini. The staff were very friendly and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The excursions offered are also excellent, and the facilities are pristine.

Loved the design, rustic yet very tastefully done, lovely rooms in the main block and we also got to experience the pool Villa as a very thoughtful complimentary upgrade since we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. That made our stay very special. The food was tasty, felt like home , service was personalized thanks to the tenured staff in the kitchen ! Our naturalists tried their very best to take us around as Safari's are currently banned in the area . Enjoyed meeting Toto, the lovely black lab house pet too ! Hoping safari ban will be lifted and we will be back!

The very peaceful location on the banks of the Kabini river. The accommodation was excellent as were the attentive staff. The restaurant was very good indeed with a choice of North and South India menu, continental or Thai all reasonably priced. We were so impressed we have already booked to return.

The Serai is built amidst a large open space overlooking the Nilgiris Mountain. It houses a spa, gym and an outdoor pool. A restaurant is also available.

Wow. Liked everything. An excellent base for safaris in Mudumalai and Bandipur. All staff so polite and professional. Exceptional place. Our log hut was huge and what a lovely view from our sit out balcony. Food was excellent and still dreaming of my cucumber cooler cocktail! The pool was beautiful - great colour of tiles! Also loved our nature walk. I've fallen in love with the birds of India! Huge thanks to all the team
