Everything was exceptional! Starting from the customer service call the day before our arrival to check if there is any special request. Amazing staff everywhere, , extremely friendly and welcoming let it be at the reception, housekeeping and restaurants. Large room with a nice view of Eilat bay. Great facilities and a comfortable queen bed. Activities during the day and night. Close proximity to the bus station (1 min walk) to Ramon airport and Taba. Best value for money.

The food was so delicious, different and fresh. Maybe not many types of alcohols, but it was enough for us. There was typical alcohol, various drinks, juice, ice juice and other. Room was clean. Shirley is the big heart of this hotel. She has decided our problem with lightning speed. Thanks to her for personal approach. I have never seen hotel’s manager like her. It costs more than the price of this hotel. Clean, tasty and comfortable.

Best service I have ever got in Israeli hotel, absolutely wonderful team and especially manager Vladimir! He made our vacation totally exceptional. Thank you very much. Also the outlook of the hotel seems to be much better than others in Eilat. Rooms are very cozy, beds are great, bathrooms are spacious and view is wonderful. Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau. Love it and recommend it!

The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! Beautiful place!! Artistic building in a great location. The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea. The service was very nice , staff are professional and have very good soft skills . This is a real 5 start hotel very high standard, high quality , extremely recomnded .

A really enjoyable stay in this smaller hotel which was able to offer personal attention, especially Avigail at reception who was so accommodating to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was top class with every conceivable dish you could have wished for, including an orange press for visitors use, which was so appreciated as well as live musical entertainment.

We stayed in 2 of their rooms and they were both great, quiet and clean. Pools were great except they close at 6pm every night due to the life guards leaving. Not that the life guards watch anyway. Bit weird. Lady on the desk was lovely and so helpful especially as we were then when the war started. Facilities in the room were great

Great value for money, good variety at breakfast, lovely pool and mountain views from the room and balcony. Comfortable big bed and big room full of natural light. Excellent location in hotel area, next to the ice mall and near the beaches and restaurants. The hotel building also has a supermarket and restaurant. 15min walk to bus station. Reception staff, housekeeping and guards were kind and super helpful. Will come back.
