Best location, enter via Damascus Gate and walk straight ahead for like 5 min (not even) & this fab hotel is right on the street that Jesus walked & right outside his 4th stop where he embraced his mother Mary. We had a room with a balcony with a priceless view, the gorgeous streets of course & also the top of the Dome of the Rock. The staff were all just lovely and helpful. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom so fabulously renovated.

Really nice staff. We got an upgrade to a better room just because it was free. The room was on the ground floor with an own little garden. Everything in the room and the little garden was some kind of sweet and really cozy. Besides the nice lady from the reception gave us some good advices for dinner and was really helpful

What a treasure! We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again if we return to Jerusalem. The thing that impressed us the most was the friendly, professional and careful service. We were welcomed with warm hospitality. Someone went with my husband to park our car in a nearby lot. The rooms were fabulous-- stone walls and antique furniture. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had nice shampoo, lotion etc and a powerful, hot shower. We enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner in the restaurant and generous breakfast the following morning. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Garden Tomb and the old city of Jerusalem (Damascus gate). We were a group of 6 people (3 rooms) and everyone was fully satisfied!

Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. The blooming garden is amazing, the swimming pool terrific and the staff most friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to Junior Suite with a balcony, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed so comfy!!!

The greatest city in the world. A mixture of ancient, medieval and modern. There is every facility and every possible activity to do. The eateries and the shopping are of the scale. The atmosphere is out of this world. I’d live there in a heartbeat.

The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area...

The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area entirely reforested and, thanks to arson attacks over the years by certain enemies of Israel, grows ever more lush. Neve Ilan sits atop one of the hills and the views in every direction are amazing. The air is a pure as mountain air and the sky an almost perpetual blue. A most peaceful retreat away from everyday stresses and pressures.

Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!

There's so much to see even for frequent travelers.

There's so much to see even for frequent travelers. City traffic is difficult at times particularly entering and leaving. We got around for the most part easily on city buses using the Moovit app for directions as well as QR payment.
