We had a fantastic stay at the Ceann Sibeal and would not hesitate to go back. The hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the atmosphere in the house calm, warm and welcoming. The house has a small typical Irish pub, where we ate delicious. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and we liked to sit a little longer in the morning with a nice cup of coffee or tea in the cozy breakfast room and plan the day. There is a small shop right next to the hotel that sells everything you need! The hotel is nestled in a dreamy landscape in the immediate vicinity of the sea. However, I would not recommend this hotel without a rental car, as it is very quiet and it would be a shame not to explore the beautiful area around the hotel by car. We will be back!

Every aspect of the Greenmount was exceptional. The hospitality was top notch and you can tell they genuinely cared about your visit with them. The hotel had stunning views, the rooms and shared areas were kept extremely clean and well maintained. The room amenities, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, pillows, bed, everything was fantastic. Shout out to all the staff! Everyone was so friendly, provided great service and if we didn't chat with the staff (which was hard not to do as everyone was so welcoming), we wouldn't have found some unique places in Dingle they had recommended. Oh and breakfast was outstanding, so happy we included it during our stay. Shout out to the cooks and literally everyone working there. There was a unique charm to this place that I simply can't describe and can only recommend to other travelers that they must make this their place of stay when visiting Dingle. Thank you so much Greenmount House for your hospitality!! Wow...just wow. Thank you from two very pleased Canadian travelers

A very, very nice Guesthouse just a few steps away from the Dingle Distillery. Our room was super nice with very, very comfy beds. Our room also had a bathtub which was super nice after our hike. Breakfast was super yummy with many options to choose from. When we arrived there was hot tea/coffee and tasty chocolate cake. The guesthouse is only a few minutes walk from the town centre.

Nice big room. Clean and comfy. Staff were great and someone at the front desk all the time. Good parking in front. Away from the centre but just a short walk into town. We opted for no breakfast but were able to purchase a continental breakfast on the day and it was great value for money. Much cheaper than going to a Cafe.

Visiting Dingle offseason (early December) has its advantages. Some places were closed though most are open by the weekend. The weather is cool and often wet but that did not limit our visit. It is a great town with many choices for lunch and dinner and the live music is available someplace nightly. The people are very friendly and the beauty of the place is truly enchanting. Once you have identified the one-way streets and found good parking, driving around Dingle is not difficult. The drive around the Dinge peninsula is easy - and do take the side roads to the shoreline and various attractions.

One of my favourite beach in all Ireland with Fermoyle Beach on the other side of the peninsula. Stupendous views. I'd recommend booking dinner at Out of the Blue in Dingle. The best seafood restaurant in Ireland in my view. For kids there's a pet farm after ventry where you can feed sheep, lambs, goats, alpacas, horses, pigs.

The hotel we stayed in was probably the only one of significance in Annascaul. And it was great. We loved the village as it has character and is near Dingle etc., But is a great small town of itself and it has the history of the Antarctic hero, Tom Crean. Well worth a visit for a night or two or as a base for swimming, hikes, excursions in beautiful country.

This is a very small village.

This is a very small village. If you are looking for lots of activities within walking distance, this is not the place. The views and walking trails here are lovely, but no shops or restaurants. That being said, the locals are absolutely warm and inviting.

Annascaul is a beautiful little village with 5 vibrant pubs, a cafe, a shop, a pottery cafe and a jewellery making shop. It is positioned in a great location, just a few mins from gorgeous beaches, mountains and lakes. 15mins from Dingle. It is a small village steeped in amazing history and locals are welcoming to all. Highly recommend the river walk, a trip to Inch beach and Annascaul lake. Dan Foleys pub is a treasure of a pub and the South Pole Inn is a must.
