The welcome and check in process was really easy, very welcoming, and nice small touches like early check in and welcome card. The lounge area and facilities are brilliant and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Really brilliant location too next to parking.

The hotel was spacious and very clean. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.

The food, or dinner of breakfast was astonishing, the location, even it takes 15 mins to go to the city center, is quite and good. Rooms are average, but to have a beautiful weekend really ok. Really good parking avilable.
