The staff at the reception were excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to before arrival and the same guy I met when I arrived. I called earlier to see if I could check in earlier than 3 pm. due to a change in flight ETA. He said he would try and sort something. On I arrival, i only planned to just stay in the lounge until check in time, but he recognized me as I walked in and approached the counter. He called me by name and said he had sorted a room for me. I was so happy. I was able to rest after a long journey. Brilliant service.

Lovely hotel lovely staff. Had a bite to eat at the bar in the evening it was smashing . plus the breakfast was beautiful . Rooms were fab .

Everything about the stay was perfect - the experience was excellent from Check-in, food service to Spa Facility we were met with the same excellent service standard, where nothing was too much trouble to accommodate our needs during the stay. The location is super convenient to M7 would highly recommend and I will definitely return.

James was fantastic as a host. The house is located in an ideal position, away from road noise. The property was warm and cosy, bed very comfortable, bath was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and just right for my day ahead. I can strongly recommend Summergrove House as a great rest stop.
