Swiss-Belinn Luwuk is next level, on the exceptional dial. The staff made our experience all the more incredible; authentically kind, accommodating, always going above and beyond their roles as concierge, receptionist, maintenance guy, absolutely everyone we met during our stay made us smile! The pool is gorgeous, clean and extremely well cared for, the view… THE VIEW… is ridiculous. Breakfast outstanding, not only the selection available and the freshness of the food on offer, but once again the staff again at the hotel in hand to help with anything in the way of dietary requirements or anything! Think of something, I have no doubt they’ll have a solution! Huge appreciation for Husain on the front desk, who knew everything (and more!) He has a wonderful way and could not have helped us more during our stay. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Red Doorz. It is a good, low budget hotel. The location was fabulous and on the water front, and we had easy access to the heart of the town on foot. We had an amazing view from our window over the water. Walking distance to warungs, fast food and coffee unlike more expensive hotels up the hill. Whilst I agree with previous reviews that linen was stained, it was obviously clean and freshly laundered, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, and the aircon worked well. Would definitely choose again.
