Nice and helpful staff..Alfin was cooking good food everyday and very helpful with information..good prices..arranged my motorbike hire and transport and overall a pleasant experience at this friendly little resort..if i came back to sabang would definitely stay here again

And there is a future restaurant in the making! - Ask Borja for tips what to do around the island and where to get the best coffee. - Rent a scooter from the hosts to see the island. They are safe, well-maintained and helmets available. - Rent snorkel equipment from the hosts. (One of) the most beautiful snorkeling spot(s) is right in front of you. - If you want to go diving, make sure to enquire about it with Borja and Yuyun as they are both divemasters.

Very comfortable property, great value for money. Great views, flowers and plants, bungalows are positioned on the side of a cliff, so a few stairs which the elderly or less mobile people might find difficult.

The bungalows are located right on a private beach shared by 2-3 other accommodations. The view from the room and porch are just lovely. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean, and the location is probably the most peaceful on the island. There’s no hot water to shower but we already knew this, and given how hot and humid it can get, we didn’t ever need it either. We booked 2 nights, extended for 3 more and if we had more time, we would’ve stayed much longer. To be honest, the photos don’t do justice to how beautiful the place actually is. And last but certainly not least, the host and his wife are kind and friendly people. We learnt a lot about the island, Aceh, Achinese people and a few other interesting things from the host. We hope to be back someday and spend at least a month in this tropical paradise.

Perfect! The complex is run by a family, very friendly, love to talk with them everyday. The place is very calm, perfect for rest and chill. 20 mins by motorbike to main city. 10/10

Clean, fabulous location, friendly owners. Authentic, peaceful village life just metres from a beach with staggeringly turquoise sea. If you want quiet, simple, island life with barely a tourist in sight Marifi foes the job perfectly. The pictures don't do it justice. The reality is much nicer.

Super impressed with this hotel. I stayed at other hotel near the tourist spots but moved because was fed up with the mosque/chickens waking me up every morning. Also the locals on the beaches at the other hotel have a different view on trash disposal. There are no random locals on the beach here, only western and Indonesian tourists as they have have a walled off resort with a private beach. Great food and great people

Quiet location just a little ways up the road from Iboih Beach. I loved the waterfront bungalow! The staff were incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! Loved every dish I tried... I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Nice swimming area also.
