I recently stayed at the ONAYA Resort in Uluwatu, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. ## Exceptional Services The resort offers excellent amenities, including a stunning outdoor pool and a restaurant serving delicious Indonesian and Mediterranean cuisine. The availability of a complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. ## Outstanding Staff The staff at ONAYA Resort were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to meet our needs with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation and top-notch service. It’s a perfect getaway!

Perfect location, across the road from Padang-Padang. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Especially the outdoor bathroom, super vibey and makes for cool instagram photos. The staff were just incredible, friendly and super accommodating, they really did go out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect! The breakfast was so delicious, by far the best banana pancakes I’ve ever had! I will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Bali.

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed at whilst travelling through Bali. Super chill spot and amazing vibe to just relax and enjoy the Bali sun. The room was beautifully decorated, lovely pool area which is in the sun all day! Short ride from lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive! We would definitely come back :)

I was not at all prepared for my arrival at Dreams Bali, It was raining and I did not realize you had to climb down about 200 steps, (well build and safe steps and staff was there to carry my bags) But oh, it was so worth it. It truly is an amazing place to stay. I had a room just about the reception desk, since I was traveling alone that was fine, but it's not the best room if you want privacy. It was the only room available when I found the place on Booking.com and the price was unbelievable for the location. It was a heavenly place, I never shut the curtains and felt I was floating about the sea. Since it was dark when I arrived, I was not sure about when I could roam around but when the rain stopped I ventures out and found the dinning area and bar with beautiful night views and spent a long time sitting on the cement wall taking in the amazing beauty of where I was.

I had an amazing stay at Grand Mirage Resort Bali with my family! The spacious room and comfortable bed made our stay very pleasant. The staff fulfilled my request for a room next to the pool, which was delightful. The resort's facilities were perfect for families, and the foam party was a big hit with my daughter and husband. I must mention that Encep, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a big smile. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to others!

We stayed here for a friends wedding for the one night and as such didn’t have the time to use all of the facilities on offer at the resort however one thing we hugely enjoyed was our private floating breakfast in the OneEighty sky pool - book this if you can!

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants...

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants, bars and cafe's lean more towards the coastal side, it's very easy to get around here with lots of Grab/GoJek bikes and cars driving around often, never waited more than 4 minutes for a ride. Walking around would be easy too, the sidewalks aren't too difficult however the humps and hills of the roads are definitely a workout in the hot sun. Lots of construction in Uluwatu, the streets are noisy, lots of trucks and drilling everywhere.

Nusa Dua is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It does lack the vibrancy and hustle and bustle of other spots in Bali but as an older couple who just needed to wind down after a busy year, it was petfect.

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August 2023 and I don't remember the beach being so dirty with rubbish as it was this week. The amount of litter was out of control - definitely will only be a 1 night stay close to airport from now on.

I recommend taking the shortcut on foot from the accommodation – turn left onto the main road, then immediately left again down a narrow alley. This will take you straight to the cafés, restaurants, shops, and spas. Be sure to visit Kelly's Warung at Bingin Beach, try a Pilates class at Fondue Studio, and enjoy dinner at Casa Asia.

Fantastic culture, some great places to go in the middle, and North of the Island. I spent a week in Ubud, then a week on the South coast. I could have spent 2 weeks in Ubud, and based most of my travels from there. Beaches in the South are something else, great surf, etc. Things to note which you may not expect. Traffic is mental. Most roads are bad, poorly surfaced, narrow and congested. Most people get around by scooter, which is fine, but be prepared for the fumes if you're doing more than a pop-to-the-shops on one. And the endless 'sell'. I was taking my own picture at a restaurant and was told I would have to pay for it (Rice Terraces) They aren't all like that, don't get me wrong, but they will push it. Fun can be had with haggling, Rule of thumb, offer half their asking price, then work back from there. Be prepared to be followed down the street if you don't buy it. Food is amazing. Try the local dishes, so much better than the same dishes back home. And why would you fly half way round the world to have fish & chips in a different country? And, getting there. Get your visa before going, they have 40-ish automated passport gates, which you can use if you have a digital passport. Use the Gojek App for taxi, or even food and other things whilst you're there (Like Uber).

Great place.

Great place. Lots of excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. My favourite was Nyang Nyang Beach which is easy to reach. It's a sandy beach with great waves for surfing. Swimming is a bit more tricky as the bottom is rocky and the currents can be a bit challenging. There is a bar for refreshment and the beach is spacious and doesn't feel crowded. Uluwatu attracts lots of surfers and that's a bit the vibe that you get here.

this was my first trip to Bali, and it is not really my sort of holiday - I prefer to move around more rather than stay in the one place. If a 'fly and flop' holiday is your thing - this is a good place to do it

Not quite sure if i would go back to Jimbaran. Beach, as with lots in Bali, not well looked after. The quieter end of Bali. Made Bague restaurant the best of the seafood restaurants in my opinion.

Lots of cafes/restaurants in the area plus boutiques. Cashew tree cafe is amazing! Plus Seed cafe which also has a market attached to it. Handy to have a moped to get around but take care if you do.
