Rooms We were upgraded to a Pool View Room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The Pool View Room has loungers on the balcony—perfect for relaxing in privacy. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was another highlight, it has a wide counter that’s ideal for those who bring a lot of skincare. The shower was well-designed, with no water spilling out—a much-appreciated detail. Amenities They thought of everthing. There’s a lounge area by the pool, a pool bar, beach loungers, bikes, a spa, and even a dessert spot. Security is also a nice addition. We absolutely loved the spa! Be sure to try the Gua Sha Massage and Body Scrub—it’s such a treat. Location We personally loved the location. The sunsets by the beach were stunning, and the area was quiet—completely different from the busier port area. However, it’s still conveniently close to outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and warungs. To get around, we opted for an e-scooter for ”romantic” tandem rides by the beach, although regular bikes are also available. Service and Staff The staff were warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly. Every afternoon, they checked in with guests to see if we needed anything—perfect for requesting extra water or towels. They were also great problem-solvers. We came down with the flu during our stay, and they quickly arranged for a doctor to assist us. On our last night, they surprised us with a farewell cake, and the warm send-off at checkout made us feel truly special. Food and Breakfast This was one of our favorite parts of the day! The staff were attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; instead, you choose from a well-curated menu, which we loved. If we wanted a little extra bread or bacon, they happily accommodated us. Selection of juices and coffee are also great. They also offer croissants or danishes while you wait.

My stay at Lumi was amazing! The staff really went above and beyond, everyone was super-friendly. Room ("beach cabin") was beautiful and clean, not very spacey though (but ok for one-person stay). Whole place is amazing, really beautiful complex. Breakfast "experience" is perfection. I also highly recommend dine in their beach-barbecue place (delicious food for reasonable price) with the pictoresque view on the sunset beach. Oh and you can get just borrow bikes at no extra cost which is very convenient.

Absolutely everything!!! From the minute we arrived it felt like home. What a gorgeous little hotel tucked away, only a few minutes walk from the ferry port. Couldn’t recommend this location more, we explored the rest of the island & would 100% say this hotel was the nicest & in the best location. Where do I start with the staff… what a dream team!! Every single one of them were amazing at their jobs, so kind & attentive and made our stay perfect. I have never seen a cleaner hotel which is maintained by all the staff daily. Our rooms were absolutely spotless every single day, always lovely to walk into after a day at the beach. This is by far our favourite hotel in Bali yet - thank you so much to everyone at Koho!! We will be back!!

Everything! The rooms, the pool, the staff, the location, all was great. The staff is very caring and give you free snacks and drinks throughout the day. The location is a bit outside of the main street but you can rent bikes so its perfect. They have nice sunset parties everyday with fire shows. We only booked 2 nights initally and ended up staying 7! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was very good; in front of the beach with free sunbeds for guests. It was right in front of the place where you could do snorkeling and very close to the place where you could swim with the turtles. The breakfast and the lunch were delicious! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We are very satisfied and we would come back again.

Great location, we stayed in the villa for four days and it was beautiful and great value, literally a few steps to the beach. Magic to wake up in the morning, a few steps out and ordering a cappuccino. Or ordering a cocktail during sunset. Staff is some of the nicest I have met during our visits to Indonesia, wish I could bring them home. So down to earth, cool and service minded people! Nothing was to much for them, always smiling and greeting us by name. They were so kind and welcoming to our kids. This place definitely surprised us in a positive way, exceeded our expectations. Coming back for sure! Breakfast is great as well.

Fabulous boutique hotel . Staff were amazing couldn’t do more for us . They had a problem with peaking pain on the pool and hot tubs but were very up front about that issue .
