I like that it was very quiet, without many people and no street noise/ parties etc So it’s great if you’re looking for a place to fully chill and relax! The staff was exceptional, very attentive and super nice from the moment we arrived! Let us change the room to a better one easily, and always greeted us with a smile! Great post-stay help from the manager Icon, who went all out to make sure little transport hiccup was solved immediately!

Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal,traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage,etc. Value for money hotel,has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

Very quiet and comfortable. You can occupy the whole beach. Happy hour gives you very relaxing moments on the beach with good quality of food and drinks at very reasonable price. Restaurants are bit expensive, but a variety of breakfast is more than enough so we skipped lunch. Bringing food may be a good idea because rooms are equipped with a microwave.

1. Check in & check out process - the front desk staff are very helpful. They greet everyone with smiles & they make sure everyone have a great experience during their stay / activity. KUDOS to Ms.Vivi & Mr. Yanu and others because they are friendly & treat everyone patiently eventhou its peak season. 2. Facilities & activity - Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is my fav because it have the natural lighting. - In the morning, i get to feed the fishes at the lake which make me feel very relaxed seeing the fishes swimming around beautifully. - the bicyles are free for check in guest which i use to ride around the camp. - i also take the ATV package which include archery & paddle boats. - My guide during the ATV is cheerful guy whom take a lots of our pictures & video. 3. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - the food are affordable & delicious. - i really love Dirty Duck, Tamarind Soup, the Chicken Porridge in the menu.

Most of the staff I in hotels are trained to be polite. In Banyan Tree the staff IS kind. We were welcome with smiles, attention and love we never experienced in other hotels (and we travel a lot). The manager has been very generous, moving us to a better villa since the workers were making sometimes noise building a roof. The SPA treatments were fabulous. We are still walking on clouds after loving touch of Rose and Thalia. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, food in the restaurants tasty. But really what makes this hotel special is how attentive the staff is- they were calling us by our names, remembering well our villa number, what we order last time for dinner and what tea we like to drink most. I am really impressed. I wish I was treated in every hotel like here at the Banyan Tree. What I like is also that they support local schools and protection projects for the turtles. This place is simple a great vibe. Thank you 🙏🏻

It was a beautiful spot to break your routine life. Not a lot of people. It had a clean and amazing sights. Friendly staffs and very accommodative. Check in was smooth, you can ask for any request and staffs help to fulfill it. We had a city tour organized by the resort. It was good. This was a best vacation with my family. We had party for new year celebration with barbeque dinner. It has singing , dancing and karaoke 🎤 . We enjoyed the night 🌃 Wonderful experience!

The layout of the park is excellent, the deluxe villa with a private pool is amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of options. Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

TP is not really a tourist place.

TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

We stayed in the resort for everything, so can't really comment on anything else in the area. We were happy to spend time there relaxing, enjoying the resort amenities and eating in the resort restaurants. I'm unsure if anything else in the area is worth visiting or any good.

It was a very relaxing trip.

It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.

It is a place for rest.

It is a place for rest. The hotel has everything necessary for those who go to work, especially in the yard, which is about 20 minutes away. The arrival and departure of the hotel in relation to work is very simple.

This was my second time staying at TRC BINTAN…Lady Boss and...

This was my second time staying at TRC BINTAN…Lady Boss and their staff were very friendly helpful and kind they even let me check in early and check out late without any extra charge 😊 love the view especially in the morning (sunrise) im a solo traveller and this resort is highly recommend to those who just to want to relax and doing nothing 😁

Not much of tourism destination. But food is excellent and cheap. A great choice of seafood lover. Lack of convenience public transport for tourist. Local people are tremendously nice . Spent your time to visit Penyengat island which is nearby for a culture and heritage experience !

We arrived via ferry and the hotel organised all the transport from ferry terminal to the hotel and then back again when we left- this was amazing and really useful! Staff were super friendly, we were able to do everything we wanted and it was not super busy so always space to eat and sit by the pool.
