The availability of a complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. ## Outstanding Staff The staff at ONAYA Resort were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to meet our needs with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation and top-notch service. It’s a perfect getaway!

An Island Dream

I was not at all prepared for my arrival at Dreams Bali, It was raining and I did not realize you had to climb down about 200 steps, (well build and safe steps and staff was there to carry my bags) But oh, it was so worth it. It truly is an amazing place to stay. I had a room just about the reception desk, since I was traveling alone that was fine, but it's not the best room if you want privacy. It was the only room available when I found the place on Booking.com and the price was unbelievable for the location. It was a heavenly place, I never shut the curtains and felt I was floating about the sea. Since it was dark when I arrived, I was not sure about when I could roam around but when the rain stopped I ventures out and found the dinning area and bar with beautiful night views and spent a long time sitting on the cement wall taking in the amazing beauty of where I was.

The last time I was in Kuta was 6 years ago and I did notice some changes. The beach is not as nice as it used to be. I was looking to shop so this was not a problem. I think that Kuta offers the best shopping.

Seminyak is a typical Bali tourist location, full of the usual tourist traps but with plenty of dining and shopping options. La Lucciola and the Happy Chappy Chinese Restaurant are a must whenever we visit. Seminyak is also a short drive from the airport. In general, it is a good location for a family holiday, although perhaps not for those with smaller children.

Interesting very surf orientated town. Road planning unfortunately very bad. Very difficult to get around. Good restaurants, night spots, retail outlets. Mighty beach. Good Aston pool upstairs. Colourful and vibrant, lots of energy.

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants, bars and cafe's lean more towards the coastal side, it's very easy to get around here with lots of Grab/GoJek bikes and cars driving around often, never waited more than 4 minutes for a ride. Walking around would be easy too, the sidewalks aren't too difficult however the humps and hills of the roads are definitely a workout in the hot sun. Lots of construction in Uluwatu, the streets are noisy, lots of trucks and drilling everywhere.

sanur is great - it has a mixture of great resorts and local activities. Plenty of places to walk along the beach front or along nearby. However the beaches look very pretty but the ocean for swimming is not good.

Nusa Dua is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.

Nusa Dua is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It does lack the vibrancy and hustle and bustle of other spots in Bali but as an older couple who just needed to wind down after a busy year, it was petfect.

Legian is very central place in Kuta .

Legian is very central place in Kuta . Very crowded and packed with budget hotels and bars. For night life is good and also for those seeking street life experience. If you want resort style vacations the place is not convenient. A problem in Legian is the traffic and the narrow roads. Be prepared to be stuck if use a car to move around

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August...

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August 2023 and I don't remember the beach being so dirty with rubbish as it was this week. The amount of litter was out of control - definitely will only be a 1 night stay close to airport from now on.

Nusa Penida is a wild island, there are stunning views and beaches. It is not easy to wonder around. Roads are bad and it is not the best if you are not an expert with the scouter, in that case you will need to use the local drivers. I suggest Crystal Bay, and Klingking Beach (for sure). If you got to do the snorkeling with the Manta Rays go early, later it is really crowded. Consider that it takes long time to go in the main point of interests.
