Everything was at superlative! New, clean, modern rooms, very polite and helpful staff, incredible nice and silent place (located in the forest but close to the center). Very appropriate for business travels as well.

They changed us to another hotel so close to that one because they had a problem on it, but the new one was even better! Everything was so luxurious, they had even a jacuzzi and a sauna. We went to ski but it was no snow, so we stayed a lot of time in the hotel enjoying it. Personal was also very nice! It was such a lovely place. :)

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

It was a marvelous stay 'in the middle of nowhere' in the deep forest in the mountains. The food was extremely delicious, the room big and clean, the staff very helpful and speaking fluent English. This is a perfect place for hiking, cycling outside the city life.
