We loved everything. The facilities and services are excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The game rooms provided entertainment to kids between 5 and 16 years old. The restaurant is great and absolutely willing to accommodate different requests.

The breakfast bread, jams, and butter were delicious.. The rooms are comfy and spacious, with great view. I slept like a baby. The location couldn't be better, it is a few steps from the Mátraháza bus station. It is a great location to scape from the noise of the big city.

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

It was a marvelous stay 'in the middle of nowhere' in the deep forest in the mountains. The food was extremely delicious, the room big and clean, the staff very helpful and speaking fluent English. This is a perfect place for hiking, cycling outside the city life.

The staff were great. On the day we arrived 13th April around 2PM, we were met by a really nice guy at reception with brown hair. His English was great and he was incredibly helpful as it was the first time me and my partner had visited. The room was very clean and our time was good.
