Hotel is a great surprise in sea of endles same design hotels. Warm design, elegant, simple and artistic at the same time. Room is spatious, bed is on the softer side but realy comfortable. It is indeed soundprof, Bathroom and shower hudge... Minibar in room they offer a key right on arrival... Some people were writing about it. No tea and coffie, but stil realy nice bar downstears.. What realy was the reason of our stop here for one night is spa, and I must say as person that trawell a lot that this is one of nicest spa we have been. Yes it cost extra but pay it... If it is for free everybody will bee inside and it will lose it charm. The masage chair is outoftheworld!!! So wort extra money for it glad we deside to take it. We booked with dinner and that was the top of the day. We did not expect much of it as usualy dinners that are prepayed are eatable and nothing more, rhis was not buffe diner but gourme one. Do not know what we like more dinner or deserts... Ambient, staff... Everything on top level. An so many small things I forgot to mention...

Such a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. Everything inside is brand new and perfectly furnished. Free parking was a great bonus, and communication with the host was seamless and friendly. Located in a historical building near the city center, the apartment offers the best of both worlds - close to everything yet completely quiet inside. Banus Palace truly feels like a hidden gem in Varaždin. Highly recommended!
