CanadaThe location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the ferry dock & less than 10 minute walk to main town square. small but nice beach directly in front of hotel. You could use the hotel's sun beds for free & walk 1 minute to the beach whenever you wanted a dip in the sea. The rooms were modern & very clean. Our balcony had a fantastic view of the monastery & the beach. The breakfast area is a great spot to eat & enjoy the views. Good selection of food options plus you can order fresh made food off the menu. The quality of the food was great. The staff were very pleasant & helpful in proving local information.

Tye hotel was amazing we loved everything 🤩 the staff was so kind, nice and helpful, we got great recommendations to go explore the beaches in the area and it was so beautiful ❤️. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and the room was beautiful and very clean, with a sea view. We would definitely come back!!!

Bosnia and HerzegovinaCame for the second time this year to this little paradise. The staff welcomed us so kindly and is very warm, inviting and genuine. You can feel the good atmosphere amongst the staff and the guests wo stay there.
Special thanks to Kristina, Sara, Nikola (both of them!), Dino, Bojan.. who made us feel so welcome. You can party on the island, have a nice quiet evening or enjoy the nature and the beaches. It’s calm and lively at the same time.
The beach bars and the city centre are only a few minutes walking distance away from the hotel, but you can’t hear the music from the streets in the hotel, it is the perfect location.
The only thing that was a bit agonising to look at, were the long sleeved outfits on the staff in 35 degrees weather. One coworker had to wear a sleeve because his arm was tattooed, which we thought wasn’t necessary on such hot summer days.
All in all, one of the best hotels we stayed at, will gladly be back.

We had amazing experience at Labranda Senses resort.
From check in, as we came with our dog, and it was very hot outside, reception girl gave us an early access to the room. Also I noticed that we got free room upgrade, room got side sea view and was located on ground floor with nice little terrace and patio. Also beds were very comfortable, we had excellent sleep quality.
Also to mention, AC in the room was very good, keeping cool temperature during extreme outside hot temperatures.
We took all inclusive package, and it was very worth the cost. All meals were superb, really don’t understand people complaining on food quality. Been already in several all inclusive hotels in Croatia, and this had the best food so far, every day plenty of choice and really tasty meals.
Location of the hotel is also excellent, with a lot of secluded beaches around, with relaxing 20 min walk to nearby Vrboska town.
Thanks once more to all the staff, from reception staff, to restaurant waiters, everyone was with a smile and professional.

Checkin was delayed until after 3pm, but we got an upgrade, which was great! Pool was beautiful, gorgeous views. Breakfast was great. Room was modern and bright and the verandah was great. Nice place to relax and unwind. Restaurants close by.

If you wish to have a rest in a pine forest, spend 1 minute to walk to the sea, swim in the cleanest water. This camping is your choice. And WiFi is free now. ;)

Don’t visit in November. Only one restaurant operating in evening and one or two cafes open in town centre.
Catamaran from Split to Hvar town can be cancelled the day before due to weather. Leaves large ferry to Stari Grad only option over.

Not for everyone. Don't go there if you like noise, night clubs, loud music and so, If you look for calm and silent place - it might be your golden target. We love that place - both from the sea side (as skipper) and land (as tourists). We will be there back again if only we can.

Personally, I love the island of Hvar and no stay in this...
Personally, I love the island of Hvar and no stay in this place is long enough for me. Jelsa is a great resort that offers many great restaurants, authentic shops with local products, but especially a rich cultural program. The same applies to the neighboring village of Vrboska. I recommend renting a bicycle for the entire stay and getting to know the beauty of the island in this way - be it natural beaches, old streets or vineyards.

Beautiful quiet and friendly location. Well worth the extra effort to travel a bit further. Very unspoilt with lots of passing yachts calling in for overnight stops or longer. About a dozen or so places to eat, very friendly people. Pint of lager 3.5 euros. A lovely glass of local white wine 4 euros. Four coffees about 10 euros. Beautiful food, especially if you want fresh fish straight out the sea. 👌😎

Sucuraj is a peaceful, charming town, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. The sea is very close, so you can reach the beach easily from almost anywhere. There are plenty of good restaurants serving local dishes. Another big advantage is its location right by the ferry, so you don’t need to drive across the entire island on narrow, winding roads.

Nice place for families woth small children. Small village, mostly tourist houses. Nice beach, everything walking distance. Very quiet, only one restaurant, one shop (a bit to small, to get everything one would need) and few bars. I suggest you try the local vine, sold next to the supermarket. At the end of August the is a fishermen festival, where you can taste fish and other sea food.
ATTENTION: The road from Jelsa to Ivan Dolac is very narrow and curvy, some sections are a bit unpleasant. It didn't bother us, but if you are not used to drive on such roads, then it might be very stressful for you (you will need to take the road it least a few times, since there is only a small shop and one reastaurant in Ivan Dolac, for the rest you need to go to Jelsa or elsewhere). Furthermore, there is a narrow and low tunnel on the road, which is impossible to drive though with a van.

Very few houses around.
Very few houses around. No amenities like grocery stores or supermarkets, you have to drive 45 mins. 2 places to choose from the eat otherwise you would need to drive 45mins/1hour away. But extremely peaceful and quiet and great place to unwind by the sea.

It is a beautiful location and it is only 10 mins from Stari Grad. Incredible to come home after a day of snorkelling and exploring.
There is a cafe/ restaurant within walking distance when one doesn’t want to cook.

The accommodation is located right by the beach and the locality is quiet with not many tourists. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The terrace was very spacious and overlooked the sea with the beach.
There are wooden shutters to eliminate the sun and mosquito nets in every window. The apartment is very quiet at night due to the tight windows and shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious dining table and a large sitting room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the terrace with a sea view, which was amazing.
We enjoyed sitting on the large terrace on comfortable sunbeds, which I think is the best part of the apartment.
The owners provided us with beach towels and beach mats.
There is a small bakery right behind the house with fresh pastry and bread, and a grocery store 500m far from the house. There is a lovely restaurant by the beach with nice food, and another one just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, Skalinada restaurant, with amazing views and a great menu of fish and seafood.

Easy place to walk around (but must be prepared to climb) with interesting attractions. Friendly tourist info office and good brochures..Lovely front yard at the Franciscan Monastery and Church of Our Lady of Grace. Amazing agave lace by the Benedictine nuns.
