I travel here for work regularly and I normally stay in the busier parts of Hong Kong. This time I wanted to say somewhere a little quieter and away from the crazy busy city. It’s just a quick train trip into the city from the station which is just a few blocks away. Or five to ten minutes walk. There’s lots of supermarkets and places around to get what you need and restaurants as well. I really enjoyed my stay and I enjoyed walking along the river. Takes a little bit longer to get there. I’ve got a taxi from the train station. It didn’t cost much and it was very fast and efficient. The rooms are very clean and tidy and comfortable and a little bit larger than you’d normally get in Hong Kong. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cleanliness, staff, location. It is convenient commuting from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at night, then took bus no. 46 for arrpox 55 min to the hotel, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, so, you don't have to worry! on the way back, I took bus no. A41 directly to the airport. the hotel is connected with shopping mall, and MTR station, while you need to walk to get there, then, you can travel by train to other locations, so impressive for my first trip to Hong Kong. The hotel has good strategy in communicating with guests on what's going around the area e.g. some of construction noise which may occur during daytime from the park works nearby, which I see this as a very miner impact. At night, it is quiet, and I slept very well.

Room was bigger than usual Hong Kong hotels. Location seems to be far from train station, but Bus stop is there so I did’t feel inconvenient.

Only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Sha Tin Wai MTR Station, Regal Riverside Hotel boasts views of Shing Mun River which is lined with beautiful vegetation.

Hotel staff, especially the front desk managers, serve guests like friends and are very cordial. I felt at home. I've stayed in several hotels in Shenzhen but this one is the best. Other hotels are corporations and you will feel good here. Don't hesitate, you will be satisfied. Very good breakfasts. More prepared for guests from China than Europe. But everyone will find something for themselves.

I liked the fact when we arrived the staff was able to take our luggage and take us to the 28 floor for our reservation. We stayed at club 80 suite. It was a phenomenal experience and breathtaking views of Hong Kong city.
