Modern and clean hotel rooms, some with sea view, bed was very comfortable, shower and AC worked fine. Hotel and its restaurant is beautiful, food was well done, too, and they got a nice beer selection. The whole hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of Livingston. And the staff is great, especially Carlos made us feel at home, and everyone was super helpful. Bring a bit of time when eating here, they're not the fastest, but the food is worth it.

The property is so nicely done, very comfortable from the moment you arrive. You feel at home here because of the two wonderful hosts that will show you around the area, organise transfers and provide great food! Also the facilities and decor have been done very beautifully so that you can just hang out in your bungalow and enjoy the quiet. Great service from Javier and Enrique. Also all other employees were working with a smile and happy to help you with any kind of questions. We also received a nice tour through the beautiful garden. Easy to reach via whatsapp for any questions like boat pick-ups and happy to give tips for traveling. 5 star service! Rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds and it is a beautiful place.

Nice staff and room! It is noisy die to the road but if you live in the city it is the same amount of noise. We were so tired from our trip from Mexico city and went straight to Rio dulce it was easy for us to fall a sleep Also pick up (collectivo/public boat) from the hotel to Livingstone and other river lodges

Everything! Cannot fault a thing. The lodge is beautiful. The service outstanding. The price is right for the area and location. We experienced the worst storm they had in 12 years. Rain, wind leaves and branches flying everywhere at the start of dinner service. The staff did a great job at keeping calm and functioning under pressure. They even cleaned in no time no had dinner served for everyone after the worst was over, I was more then impressed as this was going above and beyond
