It was its first year and I think it’s done quite well. The place is fresh and the service is great too. The host is extremely friendly and Adi has done great. Helped us out after having accident too in case of any emergency. Showers are great, the pool in the room and in the pool is kept clean. If you go in season you will encounter wasps and mosquitoes. Bear in mind the place is a slight distance away and in the mountains, so be sure to be all inclusive if you haven’t rented a car. Tv is great, wifi is super quick and parking is enough for 6-7 car as it’s parked on an incline. Forgive me for the bathroom pics but the bathroom is lovely.

I can say confidently that this is the best hotel experience I ever had, much better than some 5 stars hotels services. Hotel is brand new, clean, modern and not crowded. You feel peaceful in your room as well as in the common space. Music is never too loud, other guests are calm and respectful. No noises at all. The team genuinely think about everything, they even offered a beach bag with towels for our stay to make our beach days easier. Breakfast is high quality and diverse. The service is absolutely outstanding from the receptionist, to the cleaning team without forgetting the barista / people helping with breakfast. Everyone is so kind and someone even remembered how we wanted our coffee every morning, as if we were at home. Big thank you for Marli the manager who was exceptional. We had a free upgrade to the loft (best room available), she gave us the best tips to enjoy the island and even suggested to call the police to make sure roads were safe given the fires. Her energy, smile and positive attitude made us emotional when leaving. Lastly, the offered us a gift upon departure with local products. We will 1000% be back and stay longer! Don't think twice if you want to book here, we've been to other pricier hotels in the island and service at Nikon is unmatched.

When you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a wonderful entrance, a wonderful smell and a friendly reception.breakfast is a la carte but we didn't eat it. They had menus and reception made us very welcome. they upgraded our room without us asking.The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is very close to the city center and the hotel was very quiet. I will stay again when I come back. I would also like to thank the friendly and helpful staff.

Exciting Holidays for Everyone

Surrounded by clear blue waters, Zakynthos (or Zante) is the 3rd largest island in the Ionian Sea, named after the son of Dardanus. This green island features mountain villages, fertile plains and gorgeous beaches.

Zakynthos was destroyed after the Great Earthquake of 1953 and rebuilt according to an anti-seismic code. Some of the buildings which were not damaged are St. Dionysios Cathedral, the National Bank and the church of St. Nicholas.

The island has one of the most famous Greek attractions - the spectacular Navagio Beach. Accessible only by boat, the 'Shipwreck' is an isolated beach with white pebbles and turquoise waters.

Set amongst olive groves and vineyards, the tourist resort of Tsilivi is full of traditional taverns and bars. The pool and the beach are beautiful and were making sure we could totally relax during our stay in the hotel. Above all, all the staff is just amazing. They were helpfull and always kind and friendly. During the day we could order drinks and cocktails at the bar from the swimmingpool. The room was really big and comfortable and the housekeeping always came by on the time that we were leaving the hotel. At the breakfast the staff was very welcoming, they were making sure to start of your day with a smile. Our holidays in this hotel made our stay in Zakynthos really special. Thank you guys so much, we would love to come back again to you soon.

Great hotel for a 3 night stay in Zakynthos! Very close to the airport (8 minutes-15 euro ride), walkable to restaurants in Kalamaki (10 minute walk) and the facitliies on the grounds are great. Walkable to the beach- though we didn't stay. Little corner store 2 minute walk. We spent every morning at the adult pool (only about 5 couples were there) and the afternoon at the other pool. The breakfast was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly want, but the best part is it was hot. Buffet breakfasts can be hit or miss, this was stellar! Highly recommend.

The location itself is amazing. It was my second time staying there and I can only talk about how great this hotel is. From the food, the staff to the location a 10/10. I also like that it is not a macro hotel, it is very cozy but modern. And the fact that is at front row of the beach is just very convenient.

We enjoyed our week stay here although dead centre Laganas beach is not the prettiest if you are look for long stretches of sand! However there are so many nearby choices and the island is easy to travel around on. Even a "hike" lol to the nearby Turtle Island is manageable but you have to get there early as it is a tiny beach (obviously as it is within the sanctuary and there is a EU6 to enter) worth a visit though. Laganas has plenty of friendly cafes restaurants etc. It definitely is a Tourist Town but not as chaotically busy and crowded as Zante and further afield (Sept). We were devastated by the TRASH everywhere though. That is shocking and something the municipality really needs to address. If you can get past that, Laganas is a quaint tourist town with plenty to offer and a VERY HAPPENING night life 😉🎶

The town of Zante is lively with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The beaches and water are amazing. Most offer sun beds with amenities to spend the day. Boat trips to caves and swimming spots are a must!

Too busy with British tourists, lacks nice restaurants and the beaches are a long way away from most of the hotels. Vasilikos much nicer all-round and we even preferred Laganas over Tsilivi even though that was super busy as well with drunken teenagers. Water park was meh also.

An abundance of Restaurants of many denominations, plus plenty of themed bars for drinks, all within walking distance, just perfect!!! The whole place is relaxed, happy, and just such a good place to be, a perfect location to unwind and enjoy after a few months hard slog at home. Or, a great location to hit the bars and live the high life, your choice, a fantastic location for singles, couples, groups and families alike, Kalamaki has just about everything, for everyone, and everyone is just so friendly; what a place to live, never mind just holiday!!!

Argasi is a small town with lots to offer.

Argasi is a small town with lots to offer. There is a good mix of bars & nightclubs, but not too lively. Great restaurants the length of the town & all within walking distance, except the one on the hill, but they will collect & return you from your hotel for free. Great beach bars just off the main road, so look out for signs to Remezzo (our favourite) etc on the waterfront. Plenty of places to shop around for car/quad hire & trips around the island, on land & sea. A fun train runs into Zante town every day from opposite Legends bar (€8 return) Just the most wonderful people & easy for us to return yearly.

Alikanas is lovely with the mountain backdrop and the clear...

Alikanas is lovely with the mountain backdrop and the clear waters when there’s no wind. What I miss was a sidewalk. It’s difficult to go for a walk as there’s no sidewalk and on the beach there’s no continuous access.

We loved the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, the amazing Turtle Rescue Centre, Kostas' Brother Tavern and also Familia Tavern, The Bay Hotel, the landscape, with olive groves in abundance.

We were returning visitors and much has changed in the six years between visits, there are many more new buildings and hotels and there seems to be a load of car hire places that didn’t exist before. Currently it is still very peaceful and quiet which might not suit everyone (particularly families?) but as someone in their mid fifties I loved the fact there was 3 shops, and 3 restaurants within I 5 minute walk from our base I didn’t need anything else but thrill seekers might be a little bored.

The property was very quiet and very clean, the water and the beach are very clean, we stayed late in the evening on the beach listening to music and watching the stars, the view was beautiful, in the morning the sunrise is a wonderfull, everything was perfect, the owners were very polite and good people

You are surround by olive groves - and if wanted - it's just a short drive in several directions to some beautiful small beaches where the water is beautifully warm - and certainly not overcrowded. Heaven!!!! Well worth hiring a car for the duration of the stay.
