TurkeyFirst of all, I came across a lot of bad comments about the hotel. These comments were mostly about the room not being cleaned. I have not encountered such a situation. The most accurate comment I can make is this: Generally, hotels are worse than they appear in the photo. This hotel was better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms were very spacious.

The rooms were an absolute delight – not only were they spacious and tastefully decorated, but they were also spotless. Modern rooms with kitchenette and a huge TV, toilet and shower rooms are separate which makes the showering even more enjoyable.
The pool area was another highlight of my stay. It was maintained with the utmost care. The pool looks luxurious with modern sunbeds and sun shades and a pool bar next to it so you can enjoy your drink while taking a dip.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the warm and welcoming owner. Their genuine passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, having a drink with us talking about local restaurants and things to see in the area, offering late check out, inviting us to use the pool even when we checked out and making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
Lastly, the location of this hotel is also excellent. Nestled at the entrance of Afitos it allows easy access to the city and the lovely beaches in the vicinity although i am sure spending a day or two at the pool relaxing is an excellent option as well.
In conclusion, my experience at this summer hotel in Afitos was nothing short of exceptional. The unwavering commitment to cleanliness, the inviting pool area, the gracious owner, and the excellent location all contributed to a truly memorable stay. I can't wait to return at this hidden gem of a hotel.

We arrived in the morning on Friday and despite the check in per standard in the afternoon, the hotel staff were friendly and helped us get the room earlier (we were planning to arrive earlier in the morning and go to the beach but it was raining). The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and nice. The location of the hotel is at the beginning of the city but also in 5min walking distance to the city center, bakery and coffee shops. The breakfast at the hotel was nice and good organized.

Nice variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly, informative and helpful staff from those in the cleaning department to waiting staff, the chef, reception staff and the owners that are very much involved in the daily workings of the hotel. Lovely atmosphere in all areas of the property. Loved the greek night that consisted of music and dancing. Well priced food and drinks. There is a small hut outdoors for younger kids to play in. There is a billiards table near reception. Lovely and clean pool - 1.40m at the shallow end to 3m at the deeper end which makes is suitable for those who are learning to swim as well as those who love to jump or dive into the pool. There is also a small pool for really small kids too. We had a lovely time and would be more than happy to return to Palladium Hotel at any time. Thank you Palludium Hotel for helping us to rest, have fun and for creating wonderful memories.

Location, even if it is isolated and far from everything, it was nice and quiet, fantastic atmosphere around, great combination of mountains and sea.
The breakfast and dinner were included and it was very good and big variety out of which you could choose.
Big and spacious room with sea view was extraordinary.
The personel was friendly, respectful and helpful with everything we needed all the time.
Fish night at the restaurant, included in dinner was fantastic, with 3 kinds of fish grill.

Everyone was so friendly and professional! They had many services like a mini golf car to carry anyone and the luggages to our rooms.
Welcome drinks in the room and down to the reception.
Has many facilities like spa, 3 swimming pools, restaurants and pool bar.

The resort’s view was so good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed at one of the aparts with a private pool. It was very clean and very well located. We loved the sea and the little restaurant next to the beach. It was a very good holiday resort.

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions.
Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time.
Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea.
The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm.
The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating.
The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.
We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.

It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants.
It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

Small town with a couple of decent options to eat - 2 fish...
Small town with a couple of decent options to eat - 2 fish tavernas, 2 gyros places, 2 patisseries, 1 pizza place and 2 beach bars. By car, 15-30min away you can find more options in the neighbouring villages.

Below the standard of 5 stars hotels in many aspects
We are much happier in different hotel now - which we pay only half price...
