- breakfast was super good! - the location was beyond expectations! - the hotel is positioned somewhere on the hill, from where you can observe the city of Florina. - the prices at the restaurant were reasonable! - i had 2 stays at this hotel and everything was as I expected! - i left my laptop charger in the room and I got a call from the reception somewhere 5 minutes after I left! I was surprised by the promptness of the staff!

Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

This hotel fully reflects the unique atmosphere in this mountain hamlet in arguably one of the most remote parts of Northern Greece, a mere stonesthrow away from the border with Albania. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the most important thing for me is that it is very clean and regularly maintained. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super helpful ,polite and kind. I stayed in the hotel with my 10-year-old son (it's a well-known thing what children are like at that age ), but the staff always helped me and satisfied our requests. The location is good ,the price is very correct and on my next visit to Florina I have no hesitation at all to stay at this hotel again.
