Amazing rooms with comfortable beds and always very clean Beautiful garden and swimming pool 50 mts far away from Perissa's Beach, 20 minutes by scooter from Thira and 50 minutes from Oia It was amazing to spend a week in this hotel located in an amazing area near to the best beaches (Perissa, Kamari and Red Beach) and out of the most chaotic areas of the Island Very close to a lot of restaurants and Beach clubs

It is a beautiful place, clean and very maintained. The hosts are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. It's calm and very pleasant to be around the swimming pool and the beautiful trees and plants. The beach and the restaurants are very close, and a little shop just nearby. It's definitely a place where to come back!

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel is a gem right on the beach, which might be the best beach on the island, with its pristine black sand and crystal-clear dark blue water. The large, beautiful pool only adds to the sense of luxury and relaxation. Every detail in this hotel is thoughtfully designed, enhancing its overall charm and elegance. Breakfast was a highlight as well - an exceptional culinary experience that matched the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Every meal was a delight, reflecting the hotel’s dedication to quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking care of us with such attention and warmth. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel completely relaxed and cared for, which is something we’ll remember for a long time. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back.

There's so much to say about this place! I booked a room for two and my little dachshund. First of all, you'll be welcomed by Mrs Evelina and her lovely parents with a plate full of freshly cut fruits, and make sure to not miss out on the opportunity to show some love to their cute dog, Celeste! Our room was quite spacious, airy, sunny, and clean with a big balcony. The room also comes with an air-condition, kitchen, fridge, utensils, and a hair dryer. You can sleep at night with your windows open, thanks to Santorini's breeze. Getting there from Airport was really easy because the bus stop, "Bob's bar" is only 400m away. Beach promenade and beaches are also 2' walking distance away (200m)! It will definitely be my number one choice for my next trip to Santorini!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The service was perfect, friendly, and fast right from the very first moments. The entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We received assistance immediately with any issues we had, and we were taken care of at every moment. The common areas are stylish, comfortable, and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied. We had half board and ended up enjoying a delicious dinner at the restaurant almost every day. The restaurant staff was also wonderful, and we were very well looked after.

It's a beach with the space being mostly private, so you have to find a little public spot to stay there if you're not into cocktails. There are lot of slippery rocks on the ground too! But the water is warm and the waves are super chill. You can just float around or swim without any difficulty or major disturbances.

the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.
