If you want to see real Gambian life and be close to nature this guesthouse is great. Modou the host is really friendly and is more than happy to arrange tours and be your guide. Accommodation is basic, but clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Gambia.

Our host Soffie is the best in the world she always comes with daily visits to check on us and check all our facilities are working fine , the maintenance staff especially Jainaba and Mariama are exceptional and the customer service is top tier anyone who stays here would never regret it. The view of the seafront and pool view plus the location is beautiful. Anything that needs attention is dealt with immediately and the security are always there to help aswell , we stayed there last and this year and we always will by Gods grace :) thank you Soffie and Co.

Beginning with the pick-up service at the airport upon our arrival until facilitation of our departure towards Senegal everything was perfectly organized by the host Jerreh. Late check-out was no problem at all. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant terrace just 50 m next to the ocean surf was unique. The endless beach in front of the premises was inviting to long walks until the Senegalese border.
Excellent rooms, excellent facilities, staff are superb. Abdoulaye the reception manger is superb. Bakary makes superb cocktails.

We like the gambia it's friendly but you need to go with open eyes it's a third world country and if you want a western style holiday maybe not for you
If you want an holiday to relax and slightly on the quiet side a laugh and joke with the locals in the the bars and restaurants it's good
The gambia is a place like marmite you will either love or hate it
