What a nice and peaceful little lodge...including one of the nicest gardens I´ve seen in The Gambia. Very friendly owner and staff, free WIFI, clean and functional rooms including AC and a small veranda in the garden. Very quite a bid away from the Gambia River. Breakfast included and other meals provided at very resonable costs. Highly recommended. Georgetown (or Janjanbureh) is a very friendly small town (more a village) where local life can be enjoyed.

Really beautiful place surround with nature and amazing view of the river. Located just next to a small local village full of friendly people. The lodge is run from three super cool brothers who are constantly improving all the facilities to make the place even more beautiful. Definitely recommendable for people who want to have a true and authentic local experience.
