The street selling makes it easy for me to buy anything everywhere. I did not like the weather, as it was too hot, hwever it forced me to drink more water which is advisable when visiting Accra. Visiting the Memorial Park for political history hekped me to understand the history of Ghana. The visiting at Art Centre was a good idea to buy various art pieces

All I can say is that it is one of the nicest places I have stayed, and the staff were all fantastic. For rest piece of mind plenty things to go see or do. the Party hard (name of venue) go karting that is 20 min drive was really fun. You can get a Taxi, but you have to ask Nee, or sort out yourself. motor bikes are a easy way to travel short distance but you can get transportation just enquire before hand so it can be arranged for you. Food at the premisses is great.

I stayed at Belrose Place in Accra for two weeks and overall had a pleasant stay, though there were a few bumps at the start. I arrived on a Sunday evening around 7pm, and first impressions weren’t the best. It took quite a while for reception to locate an apartment for me, and when they did, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. I raised this concern, but was told housekeeping had finished for the day and would come the next morning. I booked the duplex apartment, and while it was nice, the living room looked quite different from the photos on Booking.com. That said, things did improve over the next few days—service got better, and I began to enjoy my stay. The staff were super lovely throughout, especially the doormen and housekeeping team—they really stood out. However, I do wish I had been given a proper tour or at least some orientation upon arrival. I had to ask around myself to find out about the gym, restaurant, and even the Wi-Fi password. It’s clear that this is a new development and still finding its feet. Hopefully, they take feedback on board to smooth out the guest experience moving forward. Despite the rocky start, I would stay here again—the location is perfect, very close to Boundary Road and easy to get a cab if needed.

The people are very friendly and customer service driven. I think the government and those making policies need to step down and allow the Younger professionals re construct their city. Utilities problematic. Resources stolen , waisted or just held with greed. In 2026 Ghana should come to the realization of its Full Copacity on the WORLD STAGE. Example- Burkina Faso 🇧🇫

Accra is a beautiful city.

Accra is a beautiful city. There is a lot to see and there are many entertainment venues to keep you going. The traffic can be an issue on weekday rush hour times so brace for this when travelling around the city. Uber is a great efficient way to get around. There are a few tours you can book to get a good experience of Accra and surrounding areas. Its very hot in the North American Winter months so be prepared with clothing and cooling accessories. If you get a E-Sim for your phone, unfortunately the cell phone data is a bit spotty and cuts out more often than you would like. Be prepared for this. Overall an amazing experience. I will be making my way back to Ghana for sure
