Hospitality! Welcome drink at the check in and little help with the taxi was very much appreciated. All the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice & helpful the whole stay. Rooms! All new & very stylish. Breakfast was good! Location is great! Walking distance to all the main attractions. Pretty much everything about this place is great (and very eye pleasing)! We stayed at a cottage of the resort. The reception was warm and welcoming. The trip was just half an hour from the city center so there was no trouble or fuss. The room was very well maintained, and I felt that attention is paid to details for the maximum comfort of the guests. The views from the room and restaurant overlooking the panoramic Tbilisi were superb, and housekeeping was perfect (just needed to send a Whatsapp message to the reception). The property is huge and my child also enjoyed playing with balls, snow and sled.

Excellent location, co-location of the perfume shop with great variety of products, friendly and supportive staff, great food in the restaurants, spacious room with different amenities. Got a room upgrade during check in - a pleasant surprise. Dozens of interesting sightseeing places nearby.

I found the residents not very friendly.

I found the residents not very friendly. This could be due to a general lack of talking in English. It was very simple to change money and it was only necessary to present your passport with high amounts. Traffic in the city is congested but the metro offers a very affordable alternative for the city at 1 Lari (USD0.3) per ride. Whenever you rent a car note that filling stations do not generally have compresses air. Petrol quality differs. There are plenty of very nice restaurants offering good wines. Saperavi is the red cultivar of choice. Restaurants are not well advertised and one must make effort to find them.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

We were in Tbilisi for about 10 days.

We were in Tbilisi for about 10 days. The city is amazing, but there is so much to see it will probably take a couple of trips. We also took time to do some trips outside the city. We had so much fun and saw so many things every where we went. It was truly an enchanted vacation.
