Our room was gorgeous! The space, the facilities and the view from the terrace. Modern but cozy at the same time. The ladies who managed the hotel were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and we had a wide selection. We had every thing we needed to unwind. And we did! I'm definitely going to miss this view when I go back to my flat little country!

The views are exceptional, the mountains are clearly visible all around you at Milky Way! Also, you can actually see the stars at night, along with the brightly lit church Cminda Sameba in the distance. Awesome view... The host is remarkably helpful and welcoming - he even let us choose between the rooms which were available at the time! and didn't seem to mind we had difficulty deciding which mountain we wanted to see waking up more -- Mt Kazbegi or Shani, believe you me, it's a tough one ;) Last but not least, the host treats you to homemade wine from Kakheti region - delicious and definitely worth trying.

Our stay for sure exceeded our expectations. Hotel is brand-new, has wonderful interior and exterior. Would like to mention the amazing sauna that was arranged specially for us. After reading the reviews we were not so sure about choosing this Hotel, specially being a bit far from lifts and new Gudauri, but honestly the staff and specially "Tako" the manager of the hotel made our stay a very special experience. The first day we wanted to go skiing the guy working got very busy and we had to wait a little bit, so after we came back from ski, the manager "Tako" told us we don't have to pay for our rentals that day! Because we waited too long! also gave us her phone number to call so she can arrange pickup each day when we wanted to come back from the lifts to the hotel! The Hotel is a bit far from new Gudauri but we easily got a bolt each time about 27 Gel they also offer a complimentary shuttle that operates from 10 to12 and takes you to shino lift and also picks you up coming back. The breakfast is simple but tasty, different kinds of cold cuts and cheese and dried and fresh fruit, some pastry and sausage and omlet, good coffee and an amazing view. The rooms are cleaned every day, free water and coffee. If you have a balcony which we did, the view is amazing. Also the sauna and the pool are clean and well kept and its a great experience after a long day of ski, we also ate three times at the hotel restaurant, the pizza and the mexican fries are really good. Altogether we do suggest this hotel if you want a clean quiet hotel with some friendly nice staff. We will be back!

The views are the reason to go here and they do not disappoint. The room was great, the balcony as well. The restaurant there is very nice, the breakfast is exceptional, there is a nice bar as well. For Georgia, this is not cheap, but it is really worth it!

Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

Restaurant at the property opens at 1 p.m and there is no other restaurants near the property so I'd suggest u taking option with breakfast included. * pool was nice and clean but sometimes music at the pool was too loud and a little annoying (mostly club music)

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.
