It isn't easy to pick out something. The Hotel has a very friendly hospital staff, a beautiful building with a modern interior in the historical centre of the city, and fresh, well-furnished, and clean rooms. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent.

amazing views from the hotel, looking over at Kutaisi and just next to the Bagrati cathedral. Was enjoying my wine on their terazza, with cathedral views. probably the best place to stay in Kutaisi. Also super helpful staff! thanks a lot for going extra mile for us!

The host greeted us warmly, helped with the luggage, and briefed us about attractions nearby. The hotel is beside the river Rioni. Hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the hygiene was great. We were 4 people, so we booked a twin room for 2 of my friends and a double bedroom for us. There is a hall outside for anyone who wants to sit outside the room.

Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. Each room includes a welcome set, kettle, mugs, a small fridge, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Private parking is available for guests, and laundry services are offered at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

LOCATION. The hotel is perfectly located. It is near the park, surrounded by trees, but at the same time, it is 10 minutes to walk to the city center, 5 GL by taxi to any part of Kutaisi. From the park, you can get to the city center in 2 minutes with a lot of fun and 3GL. STAFF.Exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Every single person, including reception, kitchen, cleaners, drivers, are friendly and supportive. They speak English, Georgian, and Russian. FACILITIES The hotel opened two months ago. Everything is new and working properly. Every room has central AC, and rooms with a balcony facing the park. The sheets are new and clean. They offer cozy robes and TV. The BREAKFAST was amazing. Homemade cheese and khachapuri, a variety of food, fresh and tasty. Clean and cozy place. Friendly kitchen staff. The hotel's owners have a vineyard. You can try their homemade real Georgian vines there, and you will buy them; you will not resist. I will advise all my friends who plan to visit Kutaisi to stay in this hotel. I would advise anyone to visit Kutaisi to explore the great culture and fantastic hospitality of the Georgian people.

An interesting city with many attractions, but, to my taste,...

An interesting city with many attractions, but, to my taste, just good to average. The city is walkable or accessible by public bus. The tourist attractions are average to good, and the cost is on the mid-to-high side. Many stray dogs and dog poo on the sidewalk. Watch out when you walk, as the sidewalk is mostly uneven.

Place are “tired” and outdated. Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable. The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded. Overall, it is a place for budget travelers seeking basic accommodation with swimming pool.

Beautiful place, very clean and really nice food( juicy Lucy especially). Is definitely value for money, although, is kind of hard to communicate most of the times because of the language. Highly recommended for sure :)

Kutaisi is a nice city!

Kutaisi is a nice city! It is not very big, you can see the whole city in 2 days, you need an extra day to see some things outside of the city. Prometheus cave was a nice experience. Tsalqubo sanatories are really interesting and the village is very nice. Martvili canyon is in a location of wonderful nature, the canyon walking trail is pretty short. Kutaisi is easy to walk around, you do not need any transportation for the city center, but if you do not feel like walking, taxis (especially via Bolt application) are not expensive. Food is absolutely great! Wine, also!

This town is the local capital of spa centres.

This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s. They are exciting in order to see original and authentic facades and masterpieces of architecture :)
