It was excellent. Customer service is really great. All staff was really friendly and they always make you feel comfortable. They answered all of our questions in the app really quickly. The staff received us with some drinks, Turkish coffee and tee. They also make tee and water available in your room. The breakfast is really good. It is turkish style and you have a lot of options to eat. The hotel room and the hotel are very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that needs a place to stay in Bolu.

I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the hotel suddenly upgraded my room to a big apartment so beautifully and with an amazing view from the balcony, they even helped us to dry our clothes by using their hotel dryer. This is the best location with the iconic waterfall view.i stayed in 201 which is their famous instagram suite.it have all the amenities even a wooden fireplace with allot of wood right outside the suite you can take as much as you want.and the balcony is also good with the best view in ayder.

Wonderful hotel on the water at the quiet end of town. Staff were excellent and obviously well trained. Breakfast was great. Our room was right on the sea front with a balcony. There are 6 of the rooms. Others are closer to the pool. Loved it all.

The Sumela Monastery is a must see.

The Sumela Monastery is a must see. But the bonus is the breathtaking views on the drive up to the Monastry. Nearby Rize and the tea farm is beautiful. But the peace de resistance has to be Ayder. Like the Swiss Alps with its unique Turkish culture. The views is not to be missed. The snow capped mountains with its mountain streams and the “Devil river” used for Riverafting. Lots of construction on the roads, building more tunnels. The construction of the houses, apartments along the mountain slopes, is Engineering perfection.

I stayed at Atakum and it is fabulous. Bati Park, Amazon Campus and Statue, Beaches, Amisos Hill, Replica of Bandirma Ferry that Mustafa Kemal travelled from Istanbul, Cafeterias at seaside, wonderful cuisine was fantastic.

I love pretty much everything about it.. you can hike in the mountains or ski and walk around the lakes and explore all around them, you can enjoy the views and the Turkish food and do some shopping there .. it’s all available

The scenery surrounding the lake is breathtaking. Lots of facilities around to keep children entertained. But not a lot to do. So one day stay is adequate Do not miss a visit to the mosque. There is lots of construction underway to improve the roads.

Rize is a beautiful place and quite spread out.

Rize is a beautiful place and quite spread out. Some of the places close to our accommodation were Ayder Plateau, that was simply mesmerizing. Rafting was 10mins away, safe and exciting. Uzongol lake and Sumela monastery were almost 2 hours from the accomodation (in separate directions ofcourse) but both are worth their charm and history.

The people was very kind, even though they don’t always speak English they try to help you with google translator. We had a very special anecdote: we were four persons traveling together and for any reason we get lost two of us, a lady notice that I was walking around the same place and notice that I was concerned and asked me what happen, and she managed to find them.

Beautiful, quiet city. Very kind people. Very good ice cream. I also really liked the fish market, where you can choose which fish to cook for you, and in the restaurant next to the market, they serve you the fish of your choice, cooked, seasoned with salad.
