The staff were extremely attentive and the property feels very fresh and welcoming. I hope to be able to return in the near future. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and the room was really nice and spacious. The breakfast spread was good and there were enough tables to accommodate everyone even during the high season. The buffet was refilled in a timely manner and we did not encounter any issues with food running out. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a modern and chic hotel.

I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Varied and delicious breakfast, perfect Spa, wonderful sky-bar. There is billiard room in the Hotel which operates 24 hours and it's free for the guests. Hotel located in the center of the city, near europe square. Very clean, stylish and modern rooms with all necessary items.

The hotel was excellent! Great location, comfortable room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Every room has air conditioning, which is a huge plus in Georgia. There are many restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. The hotel is also close to the seafront, which makes the location very convenient. Breakfast was tasty, and the crepes with meat was simply amazing! The staff are kind and helpful, and they speak English and Russian (maybe even more languages).

Nice hotel. Clean and cozy. Very conveniently located. The room was on the top floor and was smaller than advertised, but it didn't bother us, the view from the window was amazing. Breakfast was very good. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, we liked the breakfast. In general, this is a very good authentic hotel! Located in a picturesque place of unsurpassed beauty! high in the mountains, so beautiful that it takes your breath away. You should definitely visit this place if you want to understand the beauty of Adjara! Very tasty in the restaurant! We recommend traditional Adjarian dishes! A magnificent sauna and a very nice invigorating cool pool with spring water! Special thanks to the staff for the accommodation and room upgrade!

The room was equipped with everything one may need during her stay and more :) The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the old part of Batumi, great restaurants, walking streets and shops are nearby. I am quite impressed by this Hotel, did not expect such comfort and luxury.

Traffic was crowded, the prices are good, there are many restaurants around you may find whatever you want. I have visited Dendrological Park, I may advise you, it is worth going. I strongly advise to have BOLT application for taxies. It is using in Georgia same as UBER and useful and safe.

Kvariati is a small, peaceful town (but still developing), with a small number of small shops and restaurants, where prices cannot be called low. The beach is with small pebbles, it would be good to have special beach shoes. The sea was not very calm and transparent when we were there.

Being very close to the border with Turkey, there is, unfortunately, TOO MUCH heavy truck traffic on the only highway along the beach. Be CAREFUL (walking) crossing the road to the beach! There are PLENTY of authentic Georgian restaurants serving great salads and cold beer!)))

Lots to do and see with culture, beaches, mountains, and rivers. Many historical sites. Many nice hotels for amazing prices, but some have fake reviews online. Watch out for many reviews with the same words that sound to good to be true.

We really enjoyed staying in this quiet town that is about 10 minutes fromm the port of Batumi. Makhinjauri has a beautiful coast line and botanical garden. I would highly recommend visiting this huge botanical garden with a big variety of different plants and trees. You could spend all day there because of its size and variety of different plants, flowers, and trees. There is a market place with very tasty organic food and drink at low prices

Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi.

Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi. It is small, but has everything for a beach vacation. The apartments are clean and with amazing views (mostly uphill). In contrast with Batumi, Kvariati is way more calm and peaceful, it’s a place where you go to relax, it is in 30 min ride from Batumi, so if you do want more of the touristy places and nightlife, you still can go there by taxi (they are quite affordable, 5-6$ for a ride). It is an uphill location, so lots of walking could be hard, but taxis are affordable. Kvariati is peaceful, relaxing and the beaches are way more cleaner than in any other place and there is “Sazandari” restaurant in the beach area with amazing food, helpful staff and quick and good service, the food is 27-28$ for 2 people, quite affordable too! The people are kind and friendly. Definitely recommend!

The people or residents of Batumi are very different from...

The people or residents of Batumi are very different from those in other parts of Georgia, such as Tbilisi. They're a lot more friendly and approachable. Yes, you may think it's just a job for them, but a little smile or nice words won't cost you anything, unlike the people of Tbilisi. This is my observation on my 2nd trip. If you give me a choice on a staycation, I'll choose outside Tbilisi, and that will be BATUMI !!!

Great place, greenful and quiet, with not overcrowded...

Great place, greenful and quiet, with not overcrowded streets and beach compare to the rest of Batumi, however infrastructure is still underdeveloped there - few cafes and restaurants, beach is not clean, mineral springs in this area are abandoned and closed and streets and pavements are not renovated for the last ~10 years. Brightspot - they renovate now (2022) small park, which is located next to the beach, at last.

We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati.

We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati. The villa was cozy, spacious, and surrounded by nature — perfect for families or groups. The sound of the nearby stream and the beautiful mountain-sea view made it a peaceful retreat. The villa owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and generous — he truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind: the road up to the villa is a bit steep, so having a car is strongly recommended. That said, the host was always ready to help if anything was needed. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, privacy, and warm hospitality.
