I loved my room and how its theme was related to Rumi. I enjoyed sipping on my herbal teas and reading through the poetry book !

The looking system doesn't look very safe, since anyone that has the code can enter the room. Would feel safe if it had some "old school" locker on the inside.

A diamond in the rough. Don’t be fooled by the area (google street view) which looks a little “worn”. The Domo is a true gem. The room was very comfortable and very quiet considering we were in a ground floor room. Breakfast was amazing, try to domomeltte, you won’t be disappointed. Maria who looked after us from check in, to breakfast and a great restaurant recommendation couldn’t be more helpful. Will defo be back worth every penny.

Terrible Reception and logging in process.

Terrible Reception and logging in process. Poor customer service and help when this happened. Lack of apology, if it had all gone smoothly it would have been fine. Basic room but clean and comfortable, once we actually had a room and bedding. Practical for our needs, just below our (pretty bssic) expectations. Clean and beds comfortable is best I can say.

Appalling. Cold food, rats in the courtyard, rubbish all over the car park, behind bed and very rude staff. Wouldn't want to stay for £0.00 if offered the place needs shutting down and reporting the heath department especially with vermin outside.

While our hotel was beautiful and calm, Wolverhampton seems to have nothing to offer other than shopping malls, fast food kiosks, and ugly buildings. But perhaps we did not give the city a fair chance, as everyone we met was friendly, kind and happy with the place they lived in.

I only stayed one night, didn't see alot of the surrounding area due to time of arrival and my departure in the morning. It seemed to be a fairly quiet but, I think we were on the outskirts of Dudley. The pub was a short walk, staff and locals were friendly. Food was very good and reasonable. I had the carvery and a pint of lager which, was cheaper than the pizza I had the previous night. Not in Dudley.

it's a brilliant position close to the motorway. easy to get to and from. decent value for money. I [and about a dozen of assorted family members] have stayed here for the last 3 or 4 years after a family Xmas meet-up, and I expect to be there again next year. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can't see how you could do better for the price and position.

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Booked 3 rooms . 1 was a disable room ( It is a disaster waiting to capture another victim ) When i found out , i cancelled that room . I was left with 2 rooms. Got into the room, and it was boiling hot. No AC. I asked and was told that was the only room and that i should manage the room , till the next morning. They got a fan and i told them that i don't do well with a fan. (they pleaded , began to promise an upgrade, free food , if only i could just spend the night . Now this was almost midnight because we got in there very late . I told them that i need to check out . i Called booking.com to in form them , they called the hotel and the hotel told them they had offered me heaven and earth . ( I was cajoled to spend the night there over my safety and comfort ) The next morning , i booked another hotel and checked out . I called booking.com to inform them that i was checking out and booking.com called the hotel back and the hotel told the lady frombooking.com that they would process my FULL refund . Today makes it 2 weeks and this hotel has not refunded my 4 nights stay that i paid in FULL for . They keep passing me around staff after staff. The person responsible for the refund never gets to work till 3pm . A peep into their restaurant is appalling . I am a frequent traveler who looks forward to English breakfast , but i would have fallen ill if i tasted the food. Display of food is an eyesore . Hopefully , this hotel will refund the money that i paid . Their communication is ZERO . Neither has booking.com been of help to recover my refund . This hotel is rubbish . I eventually stayed the rest of my time in birmingham at CLAYTON HOTEL.
