Lovely little hotel in quiet Grandtully. We enjoyed the food and stay at this small inn, and walked one afternoon along the river bank to the next town as well as visited (the outside at least - as it was closed until 2 PM) the nearby Menzies Castle.

Lovely grounds and beautifully appointed rooms with comfy beds. All of the staff have been incredibly helpful and made every effort to ensure our comfort. Dinner at the Strathearn was delicious, with a large variety of wines on offer (which the sommelier expertly guided us through). Buffet-style breakfast catered to all different palates and dietary requirements. The coctails at the century bar were also wonderful. The indoor pools were warm, there is also a whirlpool outside.

Absolutely beautiful room in a fantastic location. The room was stunning, lots of natural light. Loved having the kitchenette. Lots of supplies included which was very thoughtful. Location is brilliant, just a short walk from Dunkeld for food and drink options and a short drive from some amazing woodland walks. Can't wait to visit again.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Duchally Country Estate and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The accommodations were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the Scottish countryside. The comfortable bed and serene atmosphere provided the perfect setting for a restful getaway. I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the on-site restaurant, which served delicious, locally-sourced dishes. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, ensuring a perfect start to each day. The estate's location is perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Scotland. The peaceful walking trails on the grounds and nearby outdoor activities like hiking and golfing made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Wyndham Duchally Country Estate exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic destination for anyone seeking relaxation and adventure in a picturesque setting. I look forward to returning soon!

The Breakfast is amazing, cooked to order with local fresh ingredients. Any dietary requirements are met with great care. It is very affordable compared to what you are getting (I still hope it stays that way ;) ). This is a 5star hotel disguised as a b&b. The hosts are absolute perfectionists in every way possible which you can see in the setup of the house as well as in the food they prepare and the care they take that all guests feel at home. You get whole itinaries at breakfast if you need to know how to spend your day and get the best of it. Highly recommended! If you can stay as long as possible. You wont find a better place.

The hotel staff and service was first rate, everyone was friendly helpful and professional and very welcoming. The room was lovely, well designed spotless and the attention to every detail to make for a comfortable stay. I loved the bed sheets and the bath robe, so soft! The spa was great, very quite clean and well kept, the "sent" room is a must visit. The grounds are beautiful and you have very easy access to the town.

Although I now live just South of the border between Scotland and England, Perthshire is home. I was born and grew up around Loch Tay, Kenmore and Aberfeldy and worked in Perth for 20 years. Who wouldn't love Perth and Perthshire with it's beautiful lush verdant scenes and wonderful loch, mountain and river scapes. Fabulous! I miss it so much when I am not there.

Property was fabulous. Lovely rooms and staff. Breakfast was the best with lots of options. Dinner needs changing up with specials for dinner and dessert. Was same menu every day. Room was a bit stuffy. Need portable fans. We had a window that opened but did not really help. Swimming pool and spa was lovely. Staff was amazing. Shout out to Annia who found a tick on my leg during a massage. No idea wher it came from as i stayed on the path.

We picked a good time to go with all the autumn colours. Birks of Aberfeldy is local to the hotel and was a lovely walk up the gorge with plenty of falls. We also walked into Aberfeldy and had food at one of the many cafes. I used the hotels swimming pool too. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

I have passed through Blairgowrie many times, usually on my way to Braemar or the Cairngorms. So on a four day short break we were pleasantly surprised what a beautifully kept town it is. There are loads of small to medium walks around and in the town. It has an interesting history. It's full of small shops yet has all the modern convenience of three supermarkets sited inconspicously but within easy reach. Many takeaways offer chinese, indian,spanish/mexican and of course the ubiquitous fish & chip shop. There are a number of dine in restaurants. Our hosts at the Elricht Holiday Lodges were welcoming and even supplied the muscle to get my car out of a pickle of my own making. The locals are warm and friendly. I have never rated a holiday and its location as a 10, so this is a first!

Most liked the beautiful situation so close to the loch, also loved the isolation from other visitors. The little village of Killin was very useful for food and shopping, also pubs, the waterfalls there are fantastic. This time of year was extra beautiful with autumn colours just starting to show. We managed to visit Sterling Castle, also Oban, two good day trips about 1 - 1.5 hours from the cottage. Had lovely meals at The Ferryman, at the other end of the loch. In all a handy place to stay and great for 2 people who want peace and quiet.
