Room was huge, and so well equipped. Gorgeous touches like the different lighting settings, the electric blinds. The design of everything is so considered. Bathroom was great. Bed was so so comfy. Staff were all lovely. Enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna. Restaurant was good too. The perfect hotel!

We had an amazing stay at the pan pacific, the staff were professional and personable, making our experience extremely memorable. The whole hotel remembered we were celebrating a special occasion, and where sure to go out of their way for us to feel pampered, and indulged, with complimentary desserts and attention to detail in all manners. London is and will always be London- sights, theatre, museums, so much to do and see. Have visited so may times and always something new to experience. The downside is that London has now become so expensive- especially the hotels, transport and shows- but will always go back from time to time. Most of the museums are still free entrance and that is a big plus.

The hotel was good with nice touch’s such as coffee on demand and nice room. The major downside is despite paying in advance via booking .com the reception took a swipe of card and charged again so have paid twice for same room I had queried this with reception who assured me it would not be charged but was and to date have seen no refund for second charge

I found barking very convenient for traveling into London.the station is right on the high street and it's a short journey into the city.the prices in barking are a lot cheaper than London too and there's plenty of shops and cafes in barking to keep you entertained. All in all I would recommend staying in barking especially if your on a budget.the dreams hotel is cheap and good. Richmond is a wonderful town, with plenty of entertainment such as theatres and cinema, especially Richmond Theatre on Richmond Green. There are plenty of wonderful walking routes and parks, Richmond Royal Park is beautiful. Loads of fantastic Pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. Excellent transport links across London and wider areas. Richmond can be expensive, but is worth the extra costs for a short break.
